They sent out workers in the middle of this past busy rainy season, 30-40 miles away, and they repaired our roof that our HOA's general contractor failed to repair earlier. It has been withstanding several rains since.

They also diagnosed the other leakage venue correctly, which was our upper-deck trellis. Now the HOA has just finished replacing the trellis on all units that have it.

What impressed me at the time of repair work was that the workers cleaned up after themselves very well every time they were here, which showed the business' pride in what they do.

Hope they got our HOA's permanent contract.
