Consider me a customer for life! When we inevitably need a new roof I will definitely be calling Clear View! They were the most responsive out of the three highly rated companies I called to help me with a relatively minor roofing issue, assessing and replacing four old skylights that were having issues. Raj was polite and very helpful. His price was great and he got the work done right away. His team were very efficient and non obtrusive. I highly recommend them!

Clear View has performed two major roof repairs for me. I'm completely impressed. Both roofs are old, but they're also both tile and were worth repairing. Raj and his crew replaced lots of tiles, flashing, and paper. They also removed dry rot, filled holes, painted, and the list goes on. They did more than they had to and I'm so very thankful.

We've used Clear View Roofing for repairs in the past and we're always very happy with their work. When it came time to replace our 20 year old roof (as requested by State Farm insurance) we got quotes from several leading companies because it was such a big job. Clear View Roofing came out on top for pricing and service. We love working with Raj, he and his team (who have worked with him for many years) are incredibly detail-oriented, diligent, and hard-working. They also had an incredibly fair price for all of the extra work they ended up having to do after they discovered, dry, rot, and other problems with the roof, gutters, and attic ventilation. They repaired everything without charging us extra and pulled a permit which the solar company had neglected to do.
He even came back after our solar panels were reinstalled to make sure the project was done correctly and found some areas that need to be addressed by the solar company, for which I expect to get a partial refund. He documented the entire process and told us exactly what was happening the entire time. I rarely encounter a vendor that is this conscientious and I would give him ten stars if I could!

All the excellent reviews are right on. Raj is the best. Not only did they fix all our roofing issues, but they came back to install new gutters. But here's the incredible thing. We had a huge rat problem and when our rat service couldn't find where they were getting in, Raj had his guys come over, find the hole, take off the chimney siding, and screen it all off. Then there were more rats getting in at the ground level - his guys came in again and took off the siding, fixed everything in the wall, and patched it all up. Amazing. Six stars wouldn't be enough for these guys.

We literally had a tree go through our roof over the garage and thanks to Raj & his team, it's like nothing ever happened. Also worth calling out that Clear View is one of the few places that also handles structural repairs (e.g. rafters), in addition to the roof itself. The overall job was beautifully done and in just 2-3 days. The process from start to finish was smooth, and Raj communicated with us every step of the way. The team is very detail oriented (from the paint color to adding extra shingles where they needed to be), and we are so pleased with the end result. Would recommend them 100% for anyone looking for the highest quality roof work at a fair price.
