We needed a new roof. Russell from Clear Choice did a really great job helping us pick out the right and having great communication throughout the process. Right after the roof went up, we noticed a leak. While it wasn't the roof, Russell kept following up on it, doing a fantastic job making sure everything was good with the roof and fixing what had caused the leak. They did an awesome job in every aspect, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone!

This is an update to a review posted in October. After
voicing complaints to Clear Choice, the owner Gavin, worked with
us on a satisfactory resolution. He responded swiftly & we
appreciate his action in this matter. We are changing our initial review of 1 star to a 3 star for his handling of an otherwise bad situation and his honest approach.

I scheduled a bid with Gavin, he came out, reviewed with us in detail his bid, far more details than the other two companies I had bid our house and garage roofs. Upon reviewing the details of the bid with Gavin there was additional work needing to be done, previous two companies had missed this additional work. The roof on both structures were not simple as many newer builds, this is a 1930's build with several pitches and each window having a 7 foot dormer (lower and upped floors). Once reviewing with Gavin, it was apparent the additional work was required, example; section of eave coming away from the house, several vents needing replacement, etc. Once the roof replacements were scheduled the work went as planned, on time, with a bit of an overage but Gavin discounted those overages to help us out - nothing Gavin did not say that could happen and made us aware of the potential overages. Having flipped several houses on the side, having a contractor deliver quality work, on-time work, and without issues can seem like a miracle, and Gavin delivered. Also, Gavin was always responsive to any text or phone call with our questions during the bidding process and while they were working. If I ever need additional roof work on another house, my primary home or investment property, I will definitely reach out to Gavin again.

Our home has a 100 year standing seam metal roof. The first year everything was fine and then we had a huge thunderstorm with high winds and we noticed water dripping from our ceiling right in front of our stairwell! We called out another local roofing company that found the previous owners had had a roofing company ""fix"" the leak area with a ton of caulking! The roofing company tried several repairs and finally talked us into getting gutters on the back of our house. Even with the gutters, the ceiling dripped. At this point we told them we needed a second opinion. After several roofing companies were called including one no show company, one that told me they were so busy they couldn't come repair for at least three months, one that wanted to tear the entire lower roof off, and one that never even climbed on the roof! I saw the reviews on Clear Choice Roofing and we had their representative come look at the problem and give us a bid. He saw what we were dealing with and knew we were nervous about more delays and not fixing the problem. His bid was reasonable and suggested we needed to modify the roofing in the back corner of the lower roof due to the pitch. His crew came out and repaired the roof. However, we still had a small leak and Danielle and Michael came out with the crew and checked every inch of the roof with a water spray test until she found the source was not from the roof anymore, but a crack in the mortar between the stones! That same day they went to the hardware store and got the material to repair the crack and spray it with a sealant. We had paid Clear Choice for half of the cost of the repairs and they were patient to wait on the other half until we all knew the leak problem was finally fixed! We have had several rains and nothing is coming through the ceiling now! Thanks to Clear Choice we can repair the sheetrock and enjoy our home again!

These guys did a good job fixing our roof, however, one of their employees caused some damage to our patio furniture. I reported it to them, and they offered to replace the furniture. I told them I'd replace it myself, so he sent a check over promptly. Great customer service!

Very impressed with this company! I had a roof leak and scheduled an appointment. Michael Ludlow showed up early and found the problem immediately! Very professional and I wish this company would've put my entire roof on so I wouldn't be having issues now!

Called Clear Choice because we had a hot water heater vent that was tilted over a bit. I didn't know if it was broken or would be a problem, so I called the company to check it out (and inspect our roof while they were over). Ruben came out and instead of pushing for us to replace the vent, he gave us the honest advice to just leave it and replace it in a couple of years when we re-plank our aging chimney siding. Then he noticed we had some old cables, from an unused Direct TV dish, hanging from our gutter. Without me asking, he volunteered to climb up on the roof and cut them down for us. This was not an easy job, and our roof isn't easily accessible. I was blown away. The cables are gone and I can rest easy that our roof is secure and not in need of any urgent repairs. Because of Ruben, I will certainly use Clear Choice Roofing from now on. Thanks, Ruben...you're a good guy.
