Mitch stopped by my house one day and pointed out some small issues that would eventually become a major headache, and said the owner would contact me about doing a tune-up. In the back of my mind I was thinking it was a hoax, but lo and behold if I didn't get a call a couple of days later about wanting to come by and fix the problem areas and I didn't need to be home. I thought ""Uh huh...we'll see."" I wasn't able to call back right away but by the time I got home, there was a folder with documentation inside that stated what they had done as a courtesy. They have definitely scored a fan here. Thanks, guys!

A very nice man from Clear Choice came out to inspect our roof today and fix a few minor issues. He found the exact issues I was concerned about and had them fixed before I even mentioned it to him. Awesome! I will definitely keep this company in mind for future services and pass the word along. Thank you Clear Choice for offering Hutto residents such an amazing deal!

I had made a few phones called to clear choice roofing office to take a look of my rental roof condition at first I didnt get return called from the worker that work on the sites because I need to ask them a few things that the lady in the office couldn't provide which is understandable.
Finally, I received a called back from Gavin.
I asked him to check if my roof need vent flashing because there was 2 bids from other license roof companies in writing that said I need vent flashing.
He promised me that he would give me the answer back the next day.
Sure thing! The next day he got back to me through a phone called and send me a couple pictures and explanation in writing why I would not need any vent flashing for my roof without no cost because nothing need to be repair. Fellow yelper! His honesty is really count here. I am in California but I do have several rentals in Austin so you can imagine that I really need yelper reviews to screen any company to do the work.
Great job Gavin! Thank you for your honesty and sharing your knowledge of why I dont need vent flashing for my roof. You choose to tell the truth for your reputation than making false report to earn some money bravo!

Extremely disappointed with this company and I will tell you why. I advertised a roofing job on thumbtack. Clear choice responded to my ad in a timely manner which was good. I then replied to them of what I was needing done, I gave them the address, and I asked them to come out look at the property and message me a bid.
I thoroughly explain to them in my message that I work nights and sleep during the day so I would be unable to meet with the representative. That's why asked them to look at the damage and send me a bid.After three days I received no reply from this company. So I sent them another message asking them why they did not reply to my last message.
When they did reply to this, the first thing they said was they do not like to come out and give bids on jobs without the homeowner being present. They accuse me of possibly being a realtor who seem to do this a lot. My exception to this is that I explain to them that I work nights and sleep during the day that's why I could not meet with the representative.
Then they go on to tell me that they sent most of the staff to Dallas to help with the storm victims and would not be able to assist me for months. That's all fine and good except no one bothered to message me or pick up a phone and call me because I did give them my phone number and explain this back to me. They just let me languish for three days trying to guess why they did not respond to my job request.
They further stated they first responded to my job offer on a Friday stating they would be glad to come out and do the job now they said they did not know there was sending their crew to Dallas until the next day. You would think they would message me or call me and advise me of the problem with manpower now.
Just blowing me off and not even bothering to let me know that their crew was going to Dallas shows me this is an unprofessional company that really don't care that much about their Intown clients

Well Clear Choices reply clearly shows how unprofessional this person is. Accusing me of not caring about storm victims!!! My message clearly stated I had no problem with his crew going to help others. My whole point is no one bothers to spend 3 minutes to send me a message or pick up a phone and call saying we can't help you at this time and this is why
That's it... Instead of me waiting 3 days not hearing a thing. They obviously want to make me out to be he bad guy here when all I did was offer them a job. He can't even admit they were wrong for not notifying me. My review was truthful and not vindictive. You worry about your livelihood, learn how to be more respectful to customers instead of ignoring them.

Had roof damage due to rough weather here in Central Texas. Attained three different quotes and while Clear Choice had the best rate, their upfront service was what sealed the deal for me. They answered my numerous questions as I researched my options, compared their quote to their competitors and chose the best product for my needs. Their delivery crews arrived as scheduled. The installation crews were amazing. They moved the patio furniture out of the way to prevent damage. They did a great job of preventing debris from getting into the pool and koi pond which was a big concern. Extremely hard workers! Awesome job of clean up - even after day one when the still had more work to do on day two. But the best part is the final results....our roof looks beautiful! Thank you Clear Choice...I'm glad we chose you!

I had a small roof repair because a tree fell on my neighbor's shed after a recent storm. For starters, a lot of roofers didn't seem to have insurance or had minimums on their project sizes or just didn't take small jobs. Several didn't return calls.

Ace Roofing came out, but then told me that they didn't do jobs under $750, and that my job was not a $750. However, the gentleman said he would recommend someone else, who could do it much cheaper. That person just called me up and said he would do it for $425 solely on what his friend at Ace had told. So that sort of set a framework.

Then a gentleman from Clear Choice came out, and he was extremely thorough looking at the damage and wrote me up a very specific quote that said exactly what materials they would replace. I told him I was still taking bids.

Then I had a gentleman from Tex Roofing come out. He was very polite, but I didn't think he was as thorough and the bid did not reflect underlayment.

Anyway, got a return call from Clear Choice and after a little negotiating, they gave me a very competitive bid. They also were able to schedule me in right away. This made the difference between the shed having roof during a very duckdrowner and not having one, so fitting me in right away was a real boon.

They were a late the first day, but I think they more than made up for it by doing an excellent job. The roofer showed me that the roof didn't initially have underlayment, so maybe that is why the other roofing company had not included it in their bid. But frankly, I really wanted it done right since it was my neighbor's shed.

Anyway, she was happy with the results, so I am happy (as it is her shed.) So I would recommend Clear Choice.

Oh, also I went over to their office to pay because the roofer didn't feel comfortable taking the check. I could have mailed it in, but I don't trust sending large checks by mail if I don't have to. Anyway, the lady in the office I gave it to was very nice as well. I thought they were all very nice and professional.

Gavin, Vern and team did a great job with our roof replacement. They were timely, cleaned up, attended to issues that we had after job completion, and did everything they could to make the job go smoothly. I would highly recommend them and would use them again.

We were buying a house and wanted to have the roof looked at to be sure it was still in good shape and didn't need repairs. I found a Groupon for Clear Choice Roofing so I purchased it and then gave them a call to set something up. I won't say that my experience with them was without issues. There was an miscommunication between the office and the roofer on scheduling (the guy showed up a week before the scheduled appointment) and then when the roofer did try to complete the inspection he didn't have the proper tools to do the 2nd story. There was also some misinformation regarding whether or not there would be an extra charge for our house having a 2nd story (the roofer confused the Groupon we purchased with another coupon they had out). Even with these issues, I would hire this company again in the future for any roofing work we need completed. After all, it takes a lot for a company to admit their mistakes and apologize.
