We needed to have some basic roof maintenance done and some bigger work removing a wooden trellis that was attached to the roof. We're new homeowners and didn't know who to turn to. Clear Choice was a big favorite on Angie's List, so we contacted them and a few other companies. Clear Choice was prompt with their communication, and their estimate was very competitive and extremely thorough. Once we chose to have them complete the project it was quickly scheduled and completed to our satisfaction. Would definitely use them again if the need arose.

Chris, the representative, went out of his way to help me figure out the right one for my needs. Once the decision was made their crew came in and completed the entire roof in one day. Crew did an outstanding job in taking care not to damage anything in the house as all of the materials had to be carried up three flights of stairs through the house to the roof. I purchased a roof inspection coupon from Angie's List and also had a small leak that several other repair people could not find. The leak was found. Apparently, it was a tiny nail hole but it caused a large water mark on the ceiling drywall. He found it on the first trip but went back to make sure there was nothing else. I appreciated the thoroughness. I expected to be told I needed a new roof. Fortunately, he told me it was not necessary - what a relief! Overall, it was a very good experience. He was professional, prompt and friendly. I'm definitely keeping his card. The new roof will be needed at some point.

I contacted Clear Choice Roofing after some hail storms came through the Dallas area in 2012. Gavin and his team were professional and thorough the entire process, giving me an honest estimate and assessment of the damage.

Clear Choice did a terrific job on replacing our roof - the quality of the workmanship was very high, and his crew left no trash/debris in our yard. We honestly had no issues with any of the service they provided.

Gavin and his team communicated well and the work was done on time. We recently sold our home, so we had a pre-inspection done and had the buyer's inspector come out and he said the roof was in great condition.

Clear Choice Roofing came and inspected our roof. They found that we had slight hail damage on the west side of the roof, but it wasn't severe enough to require repair.

We originally called Clear Choice because water had begun to leak in around the chimney. So they caulked that and measured the skylight (which had also begun to leak) for a new rubber seal. They also discovered a small hole made by a tree that had fallen last year. A few days later, once we got the squirrel family to move out, Clear Choice came back - in the rain - and put a temporary patch over the hole until the weather cleared enough to repair it properly (they did not charge us for this trip.) After the rain stopped, they came back yet a third time, replaced the rubber seal on the skylight, and properly repaired the squirrel hole, which now looks as good as new.

Our roof is extremely steep, which as expected is an upcharge. Natasha, who answers the phone for Clear Choice, was very upfront about any additional charges, so there were no surprises (except for the squirrels.)

We had never before needed our roof repaired or replaced, but have heard the ""horror stories"" of unethical roofers that find questionable damages, make promises, get payments in advance and either do shoddy work or neglect to show up at all to finish the job. So it was a relief to find a company that was honest, showed up exactly when they said they would, and then do an A+ job. One day, if we live in this house long enough, we WILL need to replace our roof. Without question, we will definitely call Clear Choice Roofing.

I bought a Angies List coupon; and Dennis called within hours of my purchase!. He left a message pertaining to times he had available. I called back and left a message to confirm one the times he mentioned that would work for me.
this was within a weeks time. I have a busy schedule, so I wasnt able to be there when Dennis came by. I didnt mention to him anything in particular that i needed to have done. I actually purchased the coupon because of some water spots I had been seeing and after calling my Home insurance company out, they said it was nothing major just needed some miscellaneous repairs.
I was impressed that Dennis came by completed the inspection/work and repaired all the little things that the insurance company mentioned. without me telling him. All repairs were completed for the coupon deal and that was a really good thing!
He assured me that everything else looked good and that if I saw any other issues, he explained other options.
I havent had any issues and appreciate the prompt service that Dennis and Choice roofing gave.
