I had a rain gutter that made noise when ever the wind blew, a corner of the rain gutter that leaked and a downspout from the second story that shot over the first floor like a waterfall.

I wanted these things fixed so I called Clean Out Pros. They contacted me right away and they were able to come out during the same week. Josh explained what was going on with the noise and was able to fix it. He was able to fix the leaky rain gutter and moved the end of the downspout so I no longer have a waterfall when it rains.

He was extremely pleasant to work with and explained what he was doing while fixing my rain gutters. He was very reasonable priced and I would definitely recommend him to anyone that has issues with their rain gutters.

I just used Clean Out Pros based on the reviews on Yelp. Called Josh and found him to be very friendly and accommodating. I scheduled an appointment.Josh was prompt. He quoted a price which was $100 to $150 less then other companies. He was fast and clean. I was so pleased that I opened a Yelp account because I wanted to give him a deserved five star review.

I used Clean Out Pros to have my gutters cleaned. Made a appointment for a date and time for them to be at my house. I was told they would call 15 minutes before coming. They did call before arriving and did arrive on time. They did do the cleaning, sealed around end caps and cleaned up when finished. I did not go on the roof to check. But watched from below. I would suggest that if you have them do the work to also ask if they will check around the roof vents to make sure that the roof vents do not be resealed also.

If you need any gutter replacement or clean out; Joshua is the one to hire.
I have a two story house and sent him pictures of what type of gutter.
He showed up with the right style gutter.
Told me it was a tricky spot for a down spout.
He put it up, so it is not sticking out.
It just blends in with the house.
I don't know if another gutter guy of cared.
He was a fair price to replace a gutter, because I was ripped off by another company prior.
He also showed me that my gutters were full of dirt and debris.
Since he was already at my house; I hired him for a clean out.
So glad it hasn't rained and all that debris would of clogged my gutters.
He is a busy guy because he is really good at what he does.
If you are thinking about getting gutters done; get on his calendar ASAP.

Josh did a great job cleaning about 250 feet of inset gutters on my 2+ story home in Laguna Niguel that has light weight roofing tiles. He called right back after a request for a bid and let me know exactly when he would arrive for the work. Bid was half the amount of others received. Josh was very courteous, professional and clean. Recommend Josh for gutter cleaning without hesitation.

Josh did an awesome job cleaning out the gutters on my two story home in Ladera Ranch. He did a great job not breaking any of the tiles on the roof and he did a good job cleaning up after himself.
