Absolutely wonderful service!

I am a first time homeowner and didn't know what to expect from roof cleaning. Josh arrived with another person and went straight to it. He FaceTimed me when he was on the roof to show me some broken titles and areas of concern. I really appreciated this, because obviously, I don't plan to ever get up there to see it myself . I didn't feel like he was trying to gouge us for money, which was really nice. Overall, pricing was very reasonable in my opinion. A lot of other companies were going to charge us way more. They did a great job cleaning our roof and made sure there wasn't any damages or messy clean up required around the perimeter of the home. My husband and I were so surprised with the cleaning. We didn't even know our roof was suppose to be the color it was LOL

Would def use them again and recommend them to others!

My downspout needed replacement, and Joshua at Clean Out Pros was the only one willing to do a small job for a decent fee, of some twenty people from whom I got quotes. He is thoroughly professional, answering communications quickly, being on time, and delivering a superior product and performance. I would use this company without reservation, and I would also go to them for recommendations on other home services. Wonderful experience!

Josh responded to my request in a very timely manner. We quickly setup an appointment. He and his team came on time and prepared. He quickly got to work and while doing the original job he noticed some other small items on the roof that could use a tuneup but no pressure from him to do them at this time. I asked and he gave me very reasonable prices to do the work. When he was finished he showed me the before and after pics of the work. We were quite pleased. I would highly recommend.

They cleaned out over 8 years of buildup in our gutters and patched some broken seals. Very professional, showed us pictures and videos of all the work they completed. Also replaced a few broken tiles and sealed our vents for a reasonable price. Great with communication and explaining what they were going to do and how it'd be done.
