We have a home built in 1910 near the Rose Garden in San Jose, that had all original windows. We got 3-4 quotes for dual-pane retrofits, and Deluxe Windows was not only professional, courteous, and not pushy, but was also the most knowledgeable and the best price. We had two large windows, and they were the only ones who figured out that a fiberglass vs vinyl window there would work as a standard size. They were communicative, timely, and installation went perfectly. It has been over a year and the windows are working perfectly!

I live in a townhome and the windows needed to be replaced so I asked for quotes from different vendors on Yelp and other places, but Paul's was by far the best in terms of detail, quality and price so I scheduled a meeting with Paul at their office. When we met in person I had a lot of questions, and Paul was very patient, thorough and honest. After seeing this level of professionalism and honesty, I decided to sign the contract then and there. Communication from Paul and team afterwards was stellar: every now and then they'd check in and let me know where they were in the process. And to my pleasant surprise, I got a call before the Christmas break that the windows are ready and offered me very flexible dates - if you're in the bay area, you're probably accustomed to seeing deliveries in the middle of the week between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM, so you pretty much have to take the day off and just anxiously wait (and probably get a cancellation notice at 9:50 PM after you wasted a day). That was definitely not the case with Deluxe and team. So we agree on a date and the crew shows up on time, again something you don't see in the bay area! They do the installation, cleanup and do the final walkthrough of every single pane and window, including care instructions. It was an exceptionally pleasant experience working with Paul and Deluxe, and next time I have a similar project, I'm just going to call Paul, and if you ask me so should you!

Great service and installation. We wanted to upgrade out 3 season porch to a year round by replacing our old aluminum frame single-pane windows and door with vinyl double pane. The porch had a unique construction from the 1980's and Deluxe Windows advised us to use original construction style windows but retro-fit them into the existing frames. That way if we remodeled the porch to upgrade the construction to 2X4, we could re-use the original windows and patio door. Paul was instrumental in educating us in how this could be done to save money in the long run.

Paul's crew did a great job with the installation and the porch is now much warmer for winter, plus the framing they installed makes it look great, just like the windows were there all along. We are very satisfied and recommend Deluxe to anyone for retrofit or new construction style windows.

Vic the sales person was very knowledgeable, attentive and professional, not to mention he gave me the best quote. Gevor and his assistant came by and did a super job installing all 3 windows meticulously with precision and paying attention to every detail and left the house spotless- kudos to these guys!

I live in a two story home and wanted to get 3 different quotes, the immediate need was 2 sliding doors and a window, all of upstairs and the entire home. My current windows are single pain windows which is what prompted us for the change but had no idea what the cost would look like. I sent a few request via yelp and vendors came out. Paul from Deluxe Windows was one of them. He responded promptly and had no issues providing us all 3 quotes. His quote was very competitive. Once I decided on working with Paul, I went down to his office to see the window samples myself. My quote was for Milgard and I liked the lock feature on the AmeriMax since I have a toddler so I paid a small difference per window. Paul was very flexible in helping me get the HOA items I needed and once it was cleared he placed our order, 6 windows, 3 sliding doors and another extra large sliding door. From order and install date was approx. 2 weeks. Per our contract, he was going to replace one window sill, when his men arrived they either didn't know or over looked it. A text message to Paul and he was on the phone with his men in 2 minutes and it was taken care of. The work was 2 full days and they cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Paul and his team if you're looking to replace windows.

I upgraded my windows at home to Dual Pane Windows. I asked several companies here on Yelp for a quote, including Deluxe Windows.
Paul stopped by and gave me a lot of useful information I did not know about and gave me a quote which was %20 less than the next best quote I got. I live in a condo and Paul also helped me with the approval process and all the documentations that I needed.
They also kept everything on schedule and did not have any delays. On the day of installation, 3 gentlemen came and installed all the windows in 5 hours and cleaned up and left.
I could not have asked for a better experience than this. I highly recommend Deluxe Windows, they do a superb job from start to finish.
