What an experience with CLC Roofing that my family will never forget. My mom's house was in dire need of work and a new roof. Hail damage had put a number on her roof years prior but her insurance company balked at paying for any of it several years ago.

CLC Roofing had us file a new claim which we did. When the insurance adjuster initially came out they did it without notice and without anyone meeting them and they declined to paying for a new roof - pretty shady, but par for the course.

Marty was able to talk them into coming out again and made sure he was there waiting when they came again.

After speaking to the adjuster, Marty was able to get our insurance to pay for the entire roof. Marty is a people person and is an honest straight shooter. That type of personality strikes a chord in this cut throat industry and him and his company will go to bat for you! The input on insurance companies, the handling of on-going communications with insurance, the supervision of the work, the paperwork, the list goes on - CLC Roofing did it all.

My recently widowed mom has lived in that house since her and my dad bought it brand new in 1989 and she will never let it go. To have that experience with CLC Roofing means everything to our family and we will never forget it!

I met Jill Sweeny when she came to my door offering to do a roof inspection. I agreed since there had been several hail storms recently. The CLC inspector did a thorough job with lots of details and photographs. I notified my insurance agency who sent a claims adjuster to assess the damage. The claim was approved. Jill then sent another CLC inspector to check the insurance claim details for omissions and errors. There were several found and CLC handled submitting a supplemental claim to my insurance company for those items.
During this time I had several phone calls and text messages with Jill working through details of the job. I also talked to the CLC owner, Chad Cross, about a few items and he explained them plainly and in detail. All my questions were answered quite well and project planning started.
Daniel Ruiz, the project manager, met me before the job start date to do a walk around of the property. I pointed out things to be aware of and some roof issues that needed repair. He noted all of these and answered my questions about gutter removal scheduling, shingle delivery, driveway access, air conditioner protection, etc. Daniel was on the job site during the project and up on the roof quite a bit observing progress.
On the project start date the roofing materials were delivered virtually silently at 5 AM so there was no delay in waiting for materials. Jose Mendoza was the crew chief on the job. CLC has a large roofing crew and Jose directed the work very efficiently. The crew really cares about quality. They repaired many decking issues that probably date back to the original construction. I was outside a great deal of the time during this project and the crew members were very polite and proficient in their work.
As the project neared completion there were several crew members sweeping the grass with magnets and picking up every little bit of debris from the job. The clean up was exceptional.
I am more than satisfied with the results, the quality is excellent and the street view is great. I enjoyed working with Jill, Daniel, and Jose very much. If I need roofing again I will definitely call CLC roofing for the job.

CLC is replacing the roof on my new home as a condition of the sale. We haven't closed on the home yet but Joe Hernandez has gone out of his way to help us. While the contract with CLC is technically under the current homeowner, Joe is working with us as well to ensure that everything will be done on time and to our satisfaction. Marty and his team of the tradesmen also worked on maintenance of my home repairing years of wear and tear. Even during midst of this Cov19 pandemic and shortage of manpower and materials, the work was done efficiently on schedule.

Yikes very dishonest company!!! They are taking peoples money in their Denver location and FAILING to disclose that they are CLOSING theIr Colorado company!! If there are problems with the roof they will be gone!!! Run away!!

After the storm hit our house in June 2018 with baseball size hail, we decided to call this company. Called the office, lady took my name and number and said someone from sales would call you. I have yet to receive a phone call from them! Extremely disappointed with the lack of interest in a potential customer.

We were having a difficult time with our insurance company because of a unique set of circumstances. Chad was able to help us out and we got our roof replaced by our insurance company. We had a very small leak after the roof was replaced and CLC had it repaired and the damage done to the garage, at their expense. I consider that to be excellent follow up! The preparation and cleanup is the only thing that was not as good as it could have been! The pool should have been covered from the beginning and the flower beds had a ton of old debris and nails in them. We had major rust spots in our swimming pool and we never thought of it being from roofing nails. When we had our pool drained and power washed this summer, the pool company found at least 20 roofing nails in the drain and they were the reason we had the rust spots. I had to pay to have them sand blasted and a special cleaner to get the rust out. Other than that, no complaints.
