Typical BS company sent by home warranty company. They ( as usual )make reasons not to fix roof with warranty (they will say it is not covered) and want you to pay for the service.

Be ready to waste your money (service request fee) unless you immediately ask your warranty company to send other roofer.

Tired of this. However if you get more value than what you spend annually, it worth keeping home warranty insurance. Otherwise cancel it now so you dont need to deal with shitty repair guys..

They were sent by home warranty company to fix leak on roof. The roof is still leaking in the SAME SPOT, horrible quality of work and they don't respond to your calls.

Dominic has been nothing but efficient, offering above and beyond customer service for our roof leak. My warranty company took FOREVER to respond to a leak that wasn't totally fixed, I texted him and he came and patched it for free that day. It leaked a little bit a year or so later and he sent a crew that same afternoon (today, actually) and they were kind and efficient, in an out in less than an hour. I recommend Clayton Roofing and, from the looks of the other reviews, they've turned their service around completely since 2017 and are worth reaching out to.

They were sent over to look at our roof by the warranty company when we had a leak. Leak was from the deck and they don't do decks. OK. When asked for information so the deck people could have a more informed consultation, Dominick essentially told me to screw off. No wonder the warranty company hires them - they're probably the worst and cheapest in the business.

If I could put 0 stars I would .There's NO WAY I would use this company ! They were given my number by my home warranty company regarding my leaking roof. They text me that the soonest they could come was April 10 . Are you kidding my my roof is linking causing damage to my house and you want me to wait over a month ! Dominic who was texting me was rude, unprofessional and condescending in his text to me. I own my own business and I would never communicate with a customer the way he spoke to me. He tried to back peddle \but too late I wouldn't let you look that the roof of my dog's house much less my home's roof. Get so manners and some class!

I read the other reviews but to be honest I was happy with Dominic he fixed our leak which was an accident issue not a roof issue thank you for going above and beyond

Same experience as the other reviewer. I don't believe this is a real company. Zero follow up after repeated calls for bid after denying warranty claim. Perhaps they went solvent. I suppose the trade call was their primary source of revenue.

Roofer for warranty company. Had much better experience with other roofers who actually want this job but figured would give warranty a chance before choosing one. Does not return phone calls. Did not repair, Found excuse not to replace, did not even give bid for out of pocket. Thanks for doing absolutely nothing and mooching our trade call fee.
