Classic Home Exteriors is a branch of Classic Home Improvements (CSLB 944782). Our company is family-operated.

A majority of our colleagues joined CHI after more than their former jobs because they sought to be part of Jack Crocker. He is recognized for treating his employees and clients with respect and strongly believes in ongoing education as well as internal promotions.

With close to 30 years of industry knowledge (as of 2017). Additionally, our 26 team members bring over 346 years of experience in construction, management, and design!

We started as a modest family-owned remodeling business focusing on outdoor improvements like decks, roofing, and exterior painting when the economic downturn began. A business that can endure in challenging conditions can overcome future challenges.

Jack has a Class B General Contractor's license. With over 20 years in the construction field, Jack has comprehensive insight into the complete building process.

Jack has dedicated his career to the building sector, starting at 16 as a job site laborer during the summer. He worked his way up from field worker to foreman in various trades, learning all aspects of the trade, not just a few.

Wanting to grasp both the on-site and administrative aspects of construction, Jack focused his next efforts on a thriving sales position in the window industry.

During 1998, Jack took on the challenge of relocating his family to Southern California, launching a window factory. Next, he opened a plumbing operation for RCR Companies in San Diego. From there, he was asked to create both plumbing and concrete services.
