Classic Home Exteriors is a division of Classic Home Improvements (CSLB 944782). Our company is family-operated.

A majority of our colleagues joined CHI after spending over their former jobs because they wanted to join Jack Crocker. He is recognized for treating his employees and clients with respect and is a firm believer in professional development as well as advancing from within.

Having almost 30 years of experience in the industry (as of 2017). Additionally, our crew of 26 bring more than 346 years of experience in construction, management, and design!

We launched as a local family-run renovation company focusing on outdoor improvements like decks, roofing, and exterior painting when the recession first hit. A company that can thrive in challenging conditions can survive anything.

Jack Crocker holds a Class B General Contractor's license. With over 20 years in the construction field, Jack has comprehensive insight into the entire construction process.

He has spent his entire professional life to the trade, starting at 16 as a site worker during the summer. He worked his way up from laborer to foreman in various trades, mastering the various elements of the building process, not just a few.

Desiring to understand both the practical and managerial aspects of construction, Jack dedicated his next steps to a thriving sales position in the window industry.

In the year 1998, Jack accepted the challenge of relocating his family to Southern California, building a window factory. Afterward, he launched a plumbing location for RCR Companies in San Diego. Subsequently, he was asked to create both plumbing and concrete services.
