Classic Home Exteriors is a part of Classic Home Improvements (CSLB 944782). We are a family-owned and operated company.

Most of our staff joined CHI after more than their former jobs because they sought to join Jack Crocker. Jack is known for showing utmost respect to his team and customers and is a firm believer in ongoing education as well as advancing from within.

Having almost 30 years of experience in the industry (as of 2017). Moreover, our crew of 26 bring more than 346 years of collective experience in construction, management, and design!

We launched as a modest family-owned remodeling business focusing on exterior renovations like decks, roofing, and exterior painting when the financial crisis started. A business that can endure starting in a recession can survive anything.

Jack has a Class B General Contractor's license. With over 20 years in the construction field, Jack has comprehensive insight into the full scope of construction.

He has spent his entire professional life to the building sector, starting at 16 as a site worker during the summer. Jack progressed from laborer to foreman in various trades, gaining expertise in all aspects of the construction process, not just a few.

Wanting to grasp both the on-site and administrative aspects of construction, Jack turned his attention to a prosperous sales role in the window industry.

In the year 1998, Jack accepted the challenge of moving his family to Southern California, launching a manufacturing facility for windows. Next, he opened a plumbing branch for RCR Companies in San Diego. After that, he was invited to build both plumbing and concrete services.
