Classic Construction working on repairing Condominium building that has been affected by the fire. I am the owner of one of the condos in that building. The quality of the work by the company is good however, their planning and estimation is abysmal. Duration of the project and numerous delays due to poor planning, estimation and poor coordination with the City of Dallas makes me leave this bad review.
I can understand a delay by month, maybe 3 months with unforeseen circumstances. But it has been over 6 months since first announced ready and move-in day, and it still not known when exactly owners will be allowed to move back in. How is it possible to miss a project milestone by over half a year and delay completion more than five times? Does it takes over a year to install new fire alarms, repaint hallways, and lay a new carpet?

I can give more then 1000 stars to this company. Excellent customer service!
I contacted them for small plumbing job.The way they performed
from asking me right questions, sending someone immediately to look at it, fixing the right way! and that also long term,permanent solution! I never thought twice while giving my roof job to Classic after few months. Very efficient, communicative and knowledgeable crews, very disciplined approached to work and excellent workmanship. Most important- the company you can rely on any construction related requirement.

We had a severe wind storm in our area a while back, we ended up with multiple issues with the roof and fence. After arguing with the insurance companies for weeks. Classic Construction helped me out tremendously. They took the reins had estimator out to assess the damages. They sent a crew to handle the work. I was very impressed with the work that Classic Construction did at my house. I have referred them to family and friends!

Classic Construction customer service is the best around. When you work with someone who is family owned and get treated like you are apart of the family, is something that most companies cant give you. I wouldn't want anyone else working on my home. CLASSIC CONSTRUCTION ROCKS!!!

I would give no stars if it was an option. This company took advantage of our situation and way overcharged for work that had to be done. I had a hole in my wall and needed it repaired quickly. $780 for 4 2X4's and half hour work. Reasonable?? Then a week later, they did the same repair to my neighbor's with no charge. I tried several times, talking with numerous people at Classic to get an answer to my question of why I was charged so much and the neighbor was free. I was out right lied to and told no work was done on the house next door. I have pictures. I finally got a call back from Shannon this morning. His response was ""why didn't I complain about the bill in the first place?"" My answer to that would be ""I didn't know I could get it for free"". I don't mind paying a fair price for work to be done but I don't like being taken advantage of nor do I like being lied to. They advertise Honesty and Customer Service. I think not.
