Poorly managed and extremely slow to respond. I have utilized their services and it just takes much too long to get anything done. You never see the same workers twice. Classic Construction will send out two people at a time to perform the work, but then you have to wait another week before they send out another crew of workers who have no idea what the previous workers have done. Unorganized!

I am a property manager in Dallas and use Classic Construction at several of my properties. They are currently repairing a patio at a property of mine and are exceeding expectations. There is not a repair I have sent them that they have not been able to fix. They have excellent customer service and are very professional and responsive, which is huge in our industry. Classic Construction working on repairing Condominium building that has been affected by the fire. I am the owner of one of the condos in that building. The quality of the work by the company is good however, their planning and estimation is abysmal. Duration of the project and numerous delays due to poor planning, estimation and poor coordination with the City of Dallas makes me leave this bad review.
I can understand a delay by month, maybe 3 months with unforeseen circumstances. But it has been over 6 months since first announced ready and move-in day, and it still not known when exactly owners will be allowed to move back in. How is it possible to miss a project milestone by over half a year and delay completion more than five times? Does it takes over a year to install new fire alarms, repaint hallways, and lay a new carpet?

I can give more then 1000 stars to this company. Excellent customer service!
I contacted them for small plumbing job.The way they performed
from asking me right questions, sending someone immediately to look at it, fixing the right way! and that also long term,permanent solution! I never thought twice while giving my roof job to Classic after few months. Very efficient, communicative and knowledgeable crews, very disciplined approached to work and excellent workmanship. Most important- the company you can rely on any construction related requirement.
