Classic Construction is a family-owned business that began in the Midwest. Starting in Minnesota, the Lodermeier duo, Brian and Jeff established their company from scratch. Starting in MN in 1996, and refounded in 2003 in Florida as Classic Construction, our mission has been to deliver top-notch service, quality, and value.

Hello! I’m Jeff Lodermeier, and I’m a co-owner and operator at Classic Construction. I enjoy long walks on the beach and illustrating how a contractor can become your ally.
