Classic Construction is a family-owned business that has its roots in the Midwest. Originally from Minnesota, the Lodermeier duo, Brian and Jeff developed their business from the bottom up. Starting in MN in 1996, and revived in Florida in 2003 under the name Classic Construction, we strive to offer exceptional service, quality, and value.

Hello! I’m Jeff Lodermeier, and I am one of the owner/operators of Classic Construction. I love taking peaceful walks along the beach and illustrating how a contractor can become your ally.
