What a great bunch of people! I called so many roofers and they were the only ones who answered their phone and showed up on time. The guy Dale who did my estimate was great, explained my roof and materials and got my quote out to me right away. What really impressed me was the young ladies in the office, Samantha called right away to make sure I had received my quote, than followed up a few days later To see if I had questions. She did great answering what she could but than put me on the phone with Megan, I was so surprised and proud that a young woman was able to not only answer my questions about the details of roofing but she was dominating a mans industry! Girl power to these two! Meghan sent me a plethora of information on what to expect and educated me. Every step of the way I could call Megan or Samantha and they were there.
The crew, wow what an amazing job they did and were nice, professional, I was able to speak with them. Dale showed up daily as well as a supervisor Randolf. They made sure everything was beyond the standard.
I have given their name out twice since having my roof done and they were amazing with my friends too.

We have been using Clark Roofing for several different small roof leaks over the last 7 years and each time they were prompt and reasonable with the estimates. The teams that do the repairs were always on time and kept the work area clean.

2 months ago I bought a house, and when the Insurance company came to inspect it. They found anomalies on parts of the roof (uneven), I contacted the roofing company since the roof was just replaced on October 2017, but they declined any responsibility (after inspecting the house) because they have a clause in their contract that the warranty is not transferable. I have to pay a different roofing company to fix part of the damage. To my surprise, severe damage was found, a hole in the plywood cover with some kind of a plastic bag and painted over with some kind of sealant. In conclusion,
1. Be careful with the warranty. Its not transferable.
2. Definitely, a terrible company policy, not to hold themselves responsible for something that they did a year an a half ago.

Clark roofing replaced the fascia in the front of our house, caulked and painted. They also patched and painted all the vents on our roof. Norman came first to look at the job and he was very knowledgeable and very experienced. They did a very good job and I would highly recommend them.

This family operation is the best. Been around over 50 years. Small roof leak after last weekend's deluge. Came the day after I called to inspect and give estimate. Back the next day for a reasonable repair. How about this? I was at work when the repair was made. They just left a note at the door. When I called they said no problem just mail the check! Stunned. I was going to hand deliver it.

Very poor customer service, wanted to charge additional even though the work was under warranty and still not right. He and his help walked on the metal part of my roof without using wood planks as support, caused 4 dents in the roof, 4 new leaks that were NEVER there before appeared the very next day. He denied that his men did it, even though my tenant actually witnessed his men walking on the metal. Another roofer came out to fix the metal roof (because he didn't), and said the dents were causing the new leaks, and they were consistent with someone walking on the metal without support. He was also unable to fix a leak at my office where he had already charged to fix it once, and then charged me again for a water test, which I was told by 2 other roofers should never have been charged for. His men said the leak at the office was due to a leaking window, not the roof, so i got a window company out, which was another $100.00 charge. The window company said they couldn't see anything wrong, but sealed it. STILL the roof leak was present. The second roofing company found it right away and FIXED it.
DON'T LET HIM NEAR YOUR ROOF!!!!!
