Every project and client receives the Clark Guarantee—Honorable Service. Micah Clark hails from Buford, Georgia, where he spent his formative years. After graduating high school in 2008, Micah enlisted in the Army National Guard and served eleven months in Afghanistan from 2009 to 2010. He married his wife Heather in 2016, and they have three sons—Archie, Joseph, and Benjamin.

Micah has spent years collaborating with major insurance companies, inspecting over 1,000 roofs for them. Happy and returning customer! Honest and competent team, competitive prices and timely communication. Thank you Alejandro!

Out of four other companies, Alejandro (sales rep) from Clark Brothers made me feel comfortable in the competence and communication of the team. He acknowledged all of my request and did not try sale more than what i asked or needed for the project. With ease, Alejandro preforms far above his position. He did an incredible job explaining the process of the scope in great detail, doing extra research about information I requested to ensure building codes had not changed recently.

Clark Brothers did a great job with installing hardy backer siding for the entire house, new gutters with guards, new garage door, shutters and minor roof repairs. It's been about 7 months or so since the project and i have not had any issues. I have used their services on multiple separate occasions. They stand by the quality of their work and return to address anything missed at no charge.

Clark Brothers [CB] was one of six outfits that we called / solicited quotes from for a project that initially started out small; replacement of gutters and downspouts, but quickly grew in scope. We found CB pricing to be congruent with all of the vendors, but ultimately decided to work with CB given (A) their willingness to explain the extent of the work to be performed and (B) we felt most comfortable working with our primary contact; Scott Steffens who was with us throughout all facets of the project.
As mentioned the project quickly grew in scope; partially by design and partially out of necessity given underlying issues that were uncovered once the work began. Throughout all aspects of the work we were kept informed via a wide variety of methods; text, photos, video. This was especially critical as the Property Manager for the project was 1100 Miles away.

The project lasted approximately 2.5 months from start to final payment and throughout the whole process; Scott Steffens and Monico Hernandez were accessible and a pleasure to deal with. It is also worth mentioning, the CB personnel on site each day were always very cordial and friendly.

The project with CB was a true partnership / relationship and did not feel like a transaction; they were receptive to our questions and wanted to ensure we had a full understanding of the scope of the work.

Clark Brothers [CB] should be given every consideration for your next project.

Thank You.

We used Clark Brothers after having an AWFUL experience with another local company. From day one, they were professional, responsive, knowledgeable and communicative. They were very thorough when identifying the problem and left no stone unturned.

A few months later, we had a tree fall and needed to replace the whole roof. Once again, Clark Brothers came out right away. They were fast, reliable, and beyond helpful when it came to dealing with insurance. Highly recommend Stefan in particular! He walked us through the whole project and was extremely knowledgeable about every step.

Very impressive company!! I am very fortunate to have found such a professional and punctual team to work with. Monico (project manager) was very attentive, professional and knowledgeable about my deck repair. After several bids I decided to go with Clark Brothers based on their knowledge and reputation. My project was completed on time and the team went above and beyond to meet my expectations.I highly recommend this company and will use them again if needed.

Very happy with the entire Clark Brothers team! Stefan provided our initial quote and was very responsive with each subsequent iteration as we amended it 4x. We received 4 bids and CB was in the middle on price, but #1 in professional knowledge, responsiveness, and business savvy.

Prior to work starting, Monico came out to out property and did a thorough walk through detailing the entire process. We had 3 new windows installed, 800 sf of James Hardie cement siding, and the entire house painted. The estimated time to complete the job was off by about 50%, but they worked diligently every day and DID NOT rush.

The work was quality and in accordance with all local and state codes, as well as the James Hardie technical manual! We received personalized attention throughout the entire 3 week process. Mitch, our PM was on site 2x daily and took comprehensive notes and pictures to ensure all of my requests were addressed by the subs performing the work.

Micah, the owner, came out one day to walk the project and check in on progress. That is the CB difference - personalized attention from a veteran owned family business. We are already planning our next home improvement project and CB is at the top of the list for bids. See attached before and after photos.

I'm the HOA President of a small 12 unit building. We have plans for doing a full roof replacement in the near future but in the meantime we had a mystery leak which was very difficult to locate. We also didn't want to pay double doing a bunch of repair now only to have to do the full thing later. Clarks Brothers was very understanding working with us. After much trial and error we think we've pin pointed the source. They came out originally and every subsequent time the very next day and walked the roof and inside the attic with me, came up with what we thought would be a further solution and did the work that day. All work was covered under their originally service order. We will definitely use them in the future.

Last year I had a tree fall on my house. Not the best way to get a call at work in a rainstorm, but that's life. I called my State Farm agent and was recommended Clark Brothers, they had done some other work for my agent and were in good standings with State Farm.
The guy who came out initially, I liked. He did a quick assessment, tarped a little more than I had done, discussed everything with me and then we waited on the claims agents. They were out in a few days; we all surveyed the damage again and Clark Brothers talked with them about the process, then with me. They offered then to have a tree guy they know do the removal, so I gave them the go ahead. I assumed with them being connected, they were being fair with me on that part of the job. I had already gotten an estimate for removal and cleanup and the claims agent said it was too high, but I didn't think to get a quote from Clark's guy. Big fail on my part.
The project manager came out a few days before work began, and I started to be concerned. He didn't seem to know what all they were doing, and he even pointed out some damage that was nowhere near the tree. They had put in for a dumpster, but they ended up bringing a trailer dumpster they had, I never got an answer if I (State Farm) was paying for a roll off and getting less, but that bothered me.
Then the workers came. First off, no notice of who or when was made to me, the door just started knocking early one morning and people arrived. None of them, for the most part, spoke any English, this is normal, but it'd be nice to have a translator somewhere. I never knew who was going to show up, why they were there, what they were doing. One of them tried to buy my car, which really pissed me off. Who does that? When did I put a for sale sign on my car? The work progressed but I had to make a lot of requests as they worked to clean up things, not cut corners, fix little things that were overlooked, etc. Basically, my being OCD didn't jive with a crew who's just here for a paycheck. There's still nails in my yard a year later, and I found trash for a bit too, including in the attic. I've found that this is the norm unfortunately. More reviews to come of recent paint, siding, and insulation work I've had done recently.
Once the work was done, I noticed a few issues with the roof. Some shingles were cut wrong, others were overhanging too far over a gutter, and one of the gutters wasn't straight and had a ton of water sitting in it. I left word that I wasn't paying the balance until someone got back to me on these issues, that never happened. I went ahead and fixed it through someone else.
Then I get a call from my claims agent, and you can tell he's furious. The tree removal bill, which was sent at the very end so no one could balk at it, had arrived. Now I had received two estimates early on, one for $4500 which was deemed a little high, and one for $3000 which was from an unlicensed company. I had figured Clark's guy would split the middle, maybe $3500-4000. Nope. $8200. Note that I had already cut the majority of the limbs back and off the house, so they really were just lifting the trunk off the house and sawing it up. I was just as furious, and the agent made it out that I may have been involved with scamming them since there was no way the bill should have been that high. I agreed and pleaded that I had no idea, and that I was just as pissed as he was. Clark Brothers of course didn't think it was an issue, even when I told them I might end up having to pay out of pocket because they were threatening cancelation. They still wanted payment and weren't interested in working with me at all.
Overall, the job got done pretty well. It was the lack of communication, the poor work ethic from their subcontractors, the thieving tree guy, and the apparent raking over because it was an insurance pay, so they padded things or cut corners to make more off of it that doesn't sit well with me. I think for what they charged there should have been zero issues, much better communication, and a crew of professional, competent people who weren't looking to cash in on my unfortunate situation.
I told all my neighbors around who saw the tree and were aware of the situation what I was charged to have it removed. Every one of them was pretty floored too. $8200.

Hello!
My mom and I renovate houses and we have used Clark Bros. on several occasions.
I have found them to be very honest.
We compared them against several quotes on two different houses that they beat and now they are our go to roofers. They have never let us down!
I also love that they are veteran owned and family operated.
