They replaced a portion of my room and provided a warrant. The roof is not fixed, a leak has occurred, and they wont answer the phone and get back with anyone. I was just looking for the company to honor their own contract.

We were going to use them because they did our home inspection on our roof. Called them for replacement of 3 sky lights and some roof repairs. Was told we would receive a call back... never did. Called them again and scheduled an appointment. Never showed or called. I guess they only show up when you pay them $$$ for a roof inspection when your buying a home. Too bad, they missed out on good business and recommendations for future business.

George Cortez is the best there is. He did a complete re-roof of two commercial properties that we have. Both roofs are flat... and if you know anything about installing flat roofs they are a big pain because the drainage needs to be right and they have a tendency to leak. He is a hands-on contractor that knows everything there is to know about roofing. I highly, highly recommend him. He also stands behind his work and has always been responsive whenever I have a question.

George know roofs. He was less expensive and more knowledgeable about roofs than the other companies I had bid. He replaced a roof for me on a 10 unit apartment building that had horrible ventilation and now is vented properly. Works were fast and efficient and the roof look great. Just wished I had used him for my other complex.

I normally don't write reviews for work that I don't receive but I'm giving three star because George told me multiple times that he will send me an updated bid. The original bid looked good but wanted it to be updated to use a different type of plywood. I was looking into the plywood with the foil (techshield) to create a radiant barrier. My home doesn't have an attic and reaching R-30 insulation was not a viable option for me. Since I had a roof leak, I was looking to add rigid insulation and creating a radiant barrier to compensate for not being able to achieve R-30 insulation.

The reason I'm giving 3 stars and not 1 is because George is very personable when I met him and I'm not sure if me preferring to use a different type of plywood stirred him away. If you are the type of person who doesn't ask too many questions, then I think George would work for you. He was one of the few roofers who mentioned they would install O'hagin vents to properly ventilate the rigid insulation and had the proper flashing for pipes on my roof.
