DO NOT use this company for your kitchen renovation!!! We chose this company over our normal contractor because ""it was a friend from church"", and this has been the worst experience we've ever had working with a contractor.
Their vision is great, the rendering of your space is impressive, the quality of the cabinets is okay, and their price was reasonable. Beyond those positive attributes, the rest was a NIGHTMARE.
What they didn't tell us up front, was our ONLY option in cabinet color was white or light grey. We had no other choices and didn't realize this until we paid our 1/2 downpayment.
Plastic was put on one doorway, and paper was put on part of the floors. The vents, windows, other doorways were not protected with plastic, and our ENTIRE house was covered with dust. Every piece of furniture, windowsills, blinds, shelves, plants, bookshelves, walls, doorframes, sofas, rugs, etc etc.
There was little to no supervision of the subcontractors, and the plumber drilled a 2 1/2"" hole through the 4"" support beam, which supported 3 cross beams of our roofline. This compromised the integrity of the entire roof, and had to be redone 3 times just to pass code requirements (which we had to research and insist upon them re-doing). This delayed the whole project a week, and again no supervision or oversight.
The contractor did not clean up or vacuum up after installing cabinets - my husband had to do it. There was a stack of garbage in our garage and in the yard for the entire duration of the project.
Eric told us he would send options for cabinet hardware and faucets to order. He didn't, and we had to order ourselves off Amazon. Told us (and showed us a picture!) of the wine fridge they would install. He didn't order it so we had to go find one ourselves and pick up from Home Depot.
They mis-measured several things, including the height of cabinets, the space for refrigerator. Failed to order a few cabinets, lazy susan shelves, kitchen sink, cabinet hardware, pull-out drawers for cabinets.
Eric was very unresponsive to any questions or concerns, seemed to have washed his hands of the whole project once it got started.
He ordered the wrong sink, after sending us a picture of the sink he was going to order. Didn't even ask what faucet we wanted, and sent an ugly one, which we had to send back. More delays and more delays.
We had to remove the plastic and paper on the floor and clean the house ourselves, we had to install the appliances ourselves, had to install the outlets, light switches, and pendant lights ourselves.
We continually asked about when missing items would arrive - the answer was always 'we'll check on that and get back to you'. Finally, after weeks, they ordered cabinet spacers and lazy susans, and both arrived the wrong size. I could go on and on with more examples of their ineptness.
We've worked with many other contractors and subcontractors to do various projects, and I've never seen such incompetence before, ever. Several of the subcontractors actually apologized to us for how horrible this company is.
They assured us this project would be complete in 3 weeks, before our leaving the country - but was not even half way complete. They knew our return day, yet didn't order any missing items, didn't schedule any contractors to complete work upon our return.
Our calls, texts, emails were totally ignored - they couldn't seem to schedule or complete the simplest of tasks. It is truly mind-boggling the level of ineptness. A project that should have taken 2 1/2 - 3 weeks to complete took over 10 weeks.
Our attorney informed us they violated the law under the Residential Construction Liability Act, and we actually considered filing suit. Bottom line is please don't consider hiring this company - worse experience ever, and you will have endless and continuous stress and frustration. This review is harsh, but after reading through it many times, there is nothing in here that is untrue.

We hired these guys back when they were operating under Arapaho Construction LLC, Arapaho Roofing, Arapaho REI. They came from a referral from our then realtor, worst mistake of our lives. Within three weeks they had ripped our home down to the studs, hired a demo crew that rummaged through our things and no doubt took some things. Demanded more money before work was done or they would be pulling the plug on our project. When asked about the project tracker to understand where the first $100K went, they didn't furnish one. It wasn't until we took them to court did they furnish a fake progress report claiming things were done that hadn't been done,

We now have a lien on them personally and their businesses for the amount that was stolen from us. They left our house in studs and now owe us $300K.

Non of their sub contractors are licensed nor bonded. And they have no insurance policy to back up their work.

    Beware and go somewhere else.
