Our commercial roof leaked profusely during our last winter. We contacted a few companies for quotes, and Corey J Pate provided a competitive estimate within a few days. Their team also maintained good communication while they waited for me to get the expense approved. When the work started, Alan and Christian introduced themselves and explained the project schedule. Their team finished the work over the weekend, and upon completion, they toured me around the roof to show the improvements. They also had a video (drone provided) of the roof! We haven't experienced any rain yet, so I am anxious to see how their repairs hold up. The team has been wonderful to work with, and if additional repairs are needed, I feel very comfortable knowing I can call them. They have been the most courteous and professional team to service us.

We were referred to Corey and his company ""CJP Roofing Solutions"" by our neighbor. We are so thrilled we didn't buckle under pressure like the shingles in our roof and go with someone else! After an unprecedented series of storms earlier this year our roof was in bad shape and caused several leaks. Prior to speaking with Corey, other contractors gave us estimates ranging from expensive to OUTLANDISH. Besides being a licensed contractor, Corey is an insurance advisor and explained we were eligible for a brand new roof paid by our insurance. The best part, all we'd pay out of pocket would be our deductible- $1,000! We were ecstatic! Not a single contractor we spoke to even mentioned this potential to us, and it's such a blessing!
