My neighbor had an unlicensed person replace his skylight. He paid more, and my neighbor had to dispose of the skylight himself.

One of our skylights started to leak during the recent storms. The existing skylights are 25 years old. Jeff came out, inspected it, finding a small hole that may be the cause of the leak. He also found a loose roof tile (cement) that most likely was not the cause. On one of my other skylights he found debris collecting around the base of the skylight. He patched the leak, put the tile back where it belonged and cleared the debris from another skylight that was not leaking. He did all of this and charged me a very reasonable rate.

I found Jeff to be very professional and friendly. He does his work promptly and shows up on time.

Jeff, the owner installed a skylight in my kitchen in May 2016 and wait after few rains to make sure whether the skylight area is leaking to give a review. it was no leaking. I was very satisfy with his skill, professional, informative, clean(especially he trapped the dust in one spot when he cut the drywall) and finish the job in timely manner).
