Armando Garcia of City roofing Inc. is as dishonest and unprofessional as it gets. I would highly encourage no one to engage in business affairs with this company. He charge me $20,000 for a roof enhancement, did not fix it all the way, and has been playing games ever since. Very bad person and liar

**BEWARE** Armando hired me as a sub to remove a commercial roof in Los Angeles, he gave us a check and it got returned for NSF (it happens) he was very apologetic and re-wrote a check and a week later that bounced again, he made an excuse about the bank not clearing his deposit apologized and sounded very sorry for what happened I told him write 3 smaller checks and he asked if He could post date each one a week apart, it took 6 months to get paid about 95% of my money now he keeps making excuses ""I'll deposit tomorrow"" ""my wife is on her way to bank"" ""I'll zelle this morning"" he is not a honest business man do not do business with him or have him pay upfront.

What an excellent company. I am a real estate agent and deal with roofing contractors often. This company is by far the best I have worked with . They came out and gave an estimate right away. Their prices were the best in town.
