Also the tile installer was punctual and very professional.

They are super lazy and take very long. They put their portapoty 2 ft away from the master bedroom window. Fun! They ruined my roof trim that was original by cutting it all off instead of fixing it and putting nasty metal boxes. regularly lied about the job. Left many holes in the walls and roof. had to tell them to fix the damage they made 4 times before they did, each time acting like they had fixed it. Did not follow the installation instructions and have nasty attitude if you ask anything. They will do bare minimum and they would walk around my yard and remove their clothes and they broke things in the yard, said nothing, and threw away the item. Natasha was very rude and disrespectful and manipulative. highly DO not recommend and i see fake reviews lol

Both my Husband and I, Highly Recommend City Roofing! In our opinion the best roofing contractor in South Florida. We had multiple quotes to replace our roof, a process that spanned over 2 years. What we found that many of our low-cost offers, those contractors were out of business within the 2-year span. When we were ready, we re-connect with City Roofing. We are so happy we did, as we can say that process from beginning to end was truly a pleasure. Jackie, salesperson, took her time to explain options available and walk us through the quote, not in a rush or any pressure tactics. Once the contract was signed, we set a time with Natasha the project manager. Natasha came out to our home to meet us to walk through the process. She was there for any questions no matter how big, small, or crazy that we had. Natasha was a great lifeline providing guidance to us as we had never done a roof replacement project. Once the job got started, we appreciated that the team took meticulous care of our home and surroundings, protecting our property as if it were their own. We were also grateful that team was professional and timely, at the end of the day all areas were left clean and clear of debris.
City Roofing uses a wonderful electronic project board that allowed us to see steps of work done daily, over 200 pictures from start to finish, from Tile roof removal through Full Metal Roof installation. Additionally, this board served as a depository of contracts and permit paperwork and quick way to online chat and communicate with the Natasha and others of the team, right from an app on your phone or computer! We loved that they worked with complete transparency with us and valued their level of integrity.
From beginning to end this is a TOP NOTCH company with Amazing, Genuine, Caring and Ethical professionals. My husband and I want to THANK Mario and Candy for their excellent team and for partnering with us as we now have a safe and beautiful new Metal roof.

Their repairs which were supposed to last for ten years lasted barely two. I have called the multiple times to come and look at the shoddy work they did and they have never shown up. The shingles are falling off the roof. They suck!

Just called for new roof quote and advised I was waiting to finalize my insurance settlement which should be concluded within a few weeks. Needless to say, they did not want to give me a quote because I had not finalized my claim! Im getting quiotes to tackle my roof as soon as its concluded. What bad business practices, I already have a few other quote from other reputable companies, who are interested in my business.

Back in October our 2 story roof began to leak during a rain storm. Water was entering our home. No other company would come out during the rain storm except city roofing. They came out and placed tarps on our roof. After we realized the roof was beyond repair we decided to get quotes for a new roof. Once again City roofing was the best. Not the cheapest but you can't put a price on quality and punctuality.

Jackie came over we signed the contract and all our worries were gone. They came and began working right away on the exact date and time they told us they would start. Natasha called us every step of the way and explained everything that was being done. Now we have our beautiful metal roof and couldn't be happier. Thank you Jackie, Natasha and the entire city roofing staff for all your help and time that you put in.

Avoid at all costs!! I didn't know anything about roofing or how much it usually costs and they about to charge my $5,500 for a repair for which I almost paid for, thank god I got a recommendation from a close friend and was able to fix the roof for $800, very dishonest.
