Avoid at all costs!! I didn't know anything about roofing or how much it usually costs and they about to charge my $5,500 for a repair for which I almost paid for, thank god I got a recommendation from a close friend and was able to fix the roof for $800, very dishonest.

Our new roof is excellent. It is a beautiful and highly functional metal roof that has ended our damaging leaks, reduced our high electric bills, added years of life to our AC system and even garners admiration from our neighbors.

There is no doubt that in addition to being wonderful to work with, they run an expert company of very fine professionals. This roof was 29 years old, also known as Mount Everest due to the extreme pitch, has three levels and gave us all some not good surprises including
--Completely rotted chimney that needed replacement
--Chimney cap replacement
--Replacing rotted trusses
--Installing hundreds of hurricane straps

Other surprises include the lengths they went to
--Make sure the new chimney stone complemented our home's existing exterior stone work
--Replaced rotted fascia with the same grain and type of cedar
--Sealed the fascia to match it to the existing fascia
--replaced the gutters to not only finally work (our existing ones were non functional) but also made them beautiful

we did extensive background checks on city roofing and similar competing roofers. I personally looked up every relevant permit for work done by all so I could judge how many completed roof projects by contractor, follow up repairs or issues, and related. Despite this, we were still a little apprehensive because the project was so big and we knew we'd have a large crew here daily. Also, as much as we liked their salesperson (jackie) we were expecting speed bumps between what was sold and what we got. Amazing: jackie might be one of a handful of completely honest sales people. A pleasure to work with.

The crew was a revelation. On time every day, from gate entry to getting up on the roof and starting work under five minutes, no cell phones, no cigarettes, very respectful of our property. Really, a joy to welcome them into our home There is no way this roof was going to be cheap. But you get what you lay for, excellent results and top notch service and respect for our property

I contacted countless roofing companies and ended up booking City Roofing when all was said and done. They no longer charged for the initial estimate and instead, were able to come within a day of me first contacting them. They kept their promises when it came to date and times throughout and it was very easy to keep in touch via phone and email.

The two men that came for the estimate seemed knowledgeable and showed me pictures of what they saw to be the most pressing issues. After being told many different things from a bunch of roofing companies, I felt the safest with what they were telling me.

The price was competitive and they did the job quickly but thoroughly. Upon leaving, they even let me know I could contact them if anything seemed off in the coming days, as one of them lives nearby.

As long as all holds up, I am definitely satisfied with my experience!

I don't usually leave reviews but I just felt the need to share my experience. Nothing against the sales Rep Jose who came over and did his job even though he cancelled on me for the 2nd meeting at the last minute but I understand emergencies occur. So I asked for the quote/estimate to be email until he is able to make it and he said he couldn't ""company policy"" mmm ok i let it go, shows up for the 2nd meeting and gives a nice presentation on his laptop about the company, the owner, wife and 5 kids( I guess thats why their prices are double from other companies) so after about 30 to 40 mins we come to the page that i was interested... Prices! So we start with the cheapest, medium and best. I thought my heart almost stopped for a second...Talk about getting paid, all I can say is WOW, to make it short I got a quote from another company who offered the same services, material, and work for almost half the price. So i was polite to the guy and honest and told him those prices were too high and im getting quotes from different contractors and i will make a decision by probably first week of december for which he replied "" this is only valid for 15 days and if i would have known you were not ready i would have cancelled and rescheduled"" Ok so talk about customer service skills. Anyway I told him thank you and if anything i will reach out for which I showed him the door and extended my hand to say goodbye but apparently he didn't see it and left me hanging. I will again give him the benefit of the doubt...So my final thoughts about this, if you want to overpay for a roof then go ahead and reach them but there is definitely better options out there if you keep on looking. Couldn't be more pleased with the service and responsiveness with City Roofing (especially JP!). JP was so pleasant and really took care of us from day one. After getting nowhere with other roofers it was a relief to work with City Roofing with ease. Everybody we encountered with City Roofing from JP, Natasha and the roofing crew were very professional and friendly. We did find one area to be patched up and somebody was at our door within hours to fix it. Again, super pleased, and would definitely refer them and use them again when necessary!

These guys are a bunch of lazys asked for an inspection of my roof when the guy arrived his excuse was its too hot to go into the attic then I said why you charged me 50 dollars when making appt then you come and do nothing the company knew the time of appt they could of explained which they never did be careful when hiring

Mario came by to give me an estimate he took his time explained everything, he was very knowledgeable and honest ,they give you prices in detail and specify step by step what they will be doing and offer options which is great!

By the time he left I trusted his work ethics felt he was an honest and loyal to his customers.I knew I had found the best. I had spoken to around 4 other Roofing Companies and not one of them came even close to the professionalism, organization, customer care, the promptness, quality, expertise, and the time that this Company provided. They kept their word showed up when they said they would and finished when they said they would, they are neat, they work beautifully, very serious and respectful group of workers.

knocks it out of the park, she is extremely knowledgeable,
professional, courteous, kind, fast, and caring, she is amazing, and
such a pleasure to deal with. They take care of everything
immediately. City Roofing has quality people, service and products which

I was impressed with their process from start to completion.After completion they show you
and send you pictures of everything from the start of the job to completion.

If you choose City Roofing for your roofing needs you will not regret
it. I know first hand there is no other Company out there that meets the

WOW! I'm over the moon about City Roofing. Coming from a client service industry myself. Knowing what client service is all about this company exceeded my expectations at so many levels.

I have nothing but praise for the professionalism we have received from this roofing company.

Beginning with our Sales Service Rep JC Garcia for his professionalism and kindness. Candy Caboverde kept us up to date each and every day of the progress of our roof with details and photographs via Trello on line.

Any concerns l as a client had Candy made it a point to call me back to address by the end of the work day. I love that so important to call your clients back.

I also want to mention the workers on my property. Absolutely amazing on time everyday and ready to work on my roof. They made sure my property was clean at the end of the work day free of any debris coming from the dismantling of my roof.

I'm most thankful my request to my sales rep JC that if possible my roof would be completed before Christmas. He said they would absolutely try I'm happy to report the weather cooperated and the workers delivered.

My roof was dismantle and replaced the job was completely finished just a week before Christmas.

I'm very happy with the results my roof looks absolutely beautiful. My neighbors have come by to compliment us on our beautiful roof. I highly recommend City Roofing for your future roofing needs. You will not be disappointed. I give them a 10+ stars rating if l could.

Lets face it, having a company do work on your house is stressful! You wanna get a few quotes, compare the knowledge of each person/company, reputation, previous work, etc. but in the end, you still worry. Well, I can honestly say that after all the deliberation and angst of making the decision, I am glad I chose City Roofing. They had great communication, polite staff and even made sure the little details were taken care of. I am sure this isn't a surprise to those reading this review, but Miami is a tough place to find decent work! I am thankful to have found this company and would highly recommend them for any roofing issue you may have.
