I worked with Victor and City Builders on a renovation for my new home. Extremely happy with Victor and his team! There was quite of bit of work I needed to get done; from demolition, all new electricity, new framing, backsplash, a complete overhaul of my kitchen, and new flooring (including tile and wood floors). Victor was very patient with my wife and I as we took our time to make a decision on what we wanted and even provided us with 3D designs of how the place was going to look. Very impressed with how accurate it was. All in all, my project was finished wishing about 4 weeks and my wife and I are super happy. The first 4 pictures attached are the before, last two are after. I finished my project with City Builders three days ago, the project was complete remodeling to our kitchen, 2 bathrooms and whole exterior stucco. After getting over 5 quotes from contractors all over LA I chose to go with City Builders for 5 reasons:

- They are a family owned and operated - which was close to my heart to see (owned by Victor - which actually came to give me the quote, His father, and together with the brother they all work amazing)

I feel like it is the best decision I have made, from the demolition phase to the finish phase all was done fast, CLEAN, with not issues or concerns - Victor (a Designer by heart) helped me with the design of the kitchen and bathrooms and gave me awesome pointers. LOVED THE OUTCOME!!

P.S - as one phase they did have a hiccup with the tile (materials were not shipped on time) which delayed the project by two days, but I cannot blame City Builders due to the fact its the tile people that messed up.

We hired City Builders to do a mandatory retrofit to our building in Santa Monica. City builders not only acted in a professional manner but also did a fantastic job working with our timelines. Seeing the trend with Additional Dwelling Units, I called City Builders to get a quote.
City Builders came in explained the whole procedure, including how to pull permits, what to do and what not to do. The Representative was really informational and helpful.
I built the ADU with City Builders two months ago, and All I have to say is that the process went smooth and easy and the total cost was around 20% less than all the other quotes I got.
