If you have time to spend contacting this company and spending hours of your time to documenting and resolve multiple problems they have caused then this company is for you.

It has been three weeks, with roof leaks and damage to my home. Multiple calls to the company resulted in missed appointments and broken promises to correct the problems. They will only connect you to the same unreliable people you have called. Now, I'm now concerned I will have mold issues.

I requested a tarp to protect my roof, they dropped it off in my driveway and did not put it on the roof. Total lack of accountability
