Bernice worked overtime and stuck by me, while we finally got my solar to work. It's been down 330 days, since I signed my lease. It has to be hard trying to get things done, when working with Spruce, the most inept company I have ever dealt with.

Tyler was great in helping me get this done. He's very knowledgeable, and seems like a real asset to your company. Good employees are hard to come by these days.

Citadel is great and really deserves the 5 stars.

Citadel came out to replace a defective PowerWall. Guillermo was an excellent worker. He was pleasant and efficient. His supervisor also showed up to help since PowerWalls a couple hundred pounds. They had to remove all three to get to the defective unit. They worked together as a team. The job was completely quickly and nearly. Citadel keep us informed along the way and Bernice was a pleasure to work with.

Bought a house with Solar. Within a year three of the 13 panel-mounted devices had failed. Tried contacting the original installer, no responses and apparently they subcontracted the installation and have maybe gone out of business. Contacted four companies, but only two responded. The first charged $300 to even look at the system then wanted $4000 to gather the info to request warranty replacement. Leslie Gonzales got back to me and fixed half the problem free of charge and scheduled Tyler Page to come out for $350 for the first hour and $150 each hour after. $720 later the warranty request is in, replacement parts are on the way, I even had Tyler fix some roof flashing and give me some advice about upgrades. Citadel seems like they are busy/hustling because they are one of the ""good ones"" out there. Professional and reasonable.

They swapped out an existing DC inverter system to a set of Enphase microinverters after the main inverter died. We are in Palo Alto which is notoriously painful to build/service PV systems. They were fast, efficient and cost-effective and got the system back up-and-running quickly. Would recommend.

Our Solar went down due to a damaged inverter. We were having an issue with the manufacturer until Bernice Yoder in the Citadel customer service dept. stepped in. I cant tell you how grateful I am for all she did for us to get our Solar system back online. I am not the easiest guy to work with when it comes to this kind of thing and Bernice was ultra patient with me all the way through the process. Bernice, along with Eric and the entire citadel team couldn't have done a better job!!! When Wendi Z sold us our system four years ago it was a great experience and its good to know that Citadel is still here for us when we need them!!

Leslie's team did fantastic job,
They came replaced and put new solar panels within couple of days.
Very well trained and very knowledgeable group.
They put the bird netting as well.
Tyler is very knowledgeable on panels, connections and other ways of adding panels to existing infrastructure.
I would definitely use the same team for my future panel expansions.

I called Citadel because our Solar system's inverter was on the fritz. Within 2 days Citadel sent out their repair technician (Eric Rejrat) who diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. The inverter was still under a manufacturer's warranty. Eric spent over a half hour speaking to their representative to explain why the problem was caused by a product failure. The manufacturer agreed to replace the invereter which saved us thousands of dollars. I was extremely impressed by Eric's professionalism, technical knowledge and desire to help us avoid having to pay for a new invereter. This is what I truly call customer support!!
