Okay, so I signed a contract and hired Cisneros roofing before the one star review came in, so allow me to say how my experience went. We hired Cisneros roofing in June of this year to fix our roof for hail damage. John, the owner, came to our house and went over everything and was very professional about the whole experience and even handled the insurance portion. We were supposed to get our roof done 2 weeks later, but this summer has obviously been far from normal. We had rain, record temperatures, and more rain. The roof was delayed due to this, but John answered all my questions and informed me of the delays. I then saw the 1 star review and though, ""oh no, what if this person is telling the truth?"" The fact is, their experience is far different from mine. The roof was replaced (which looks amazing) and our gutters were replaced as well. I am very happy with this companies job. The only reason I am writing this review is because I think its ridiculous they only have 1 star for a company that did excellent work. If you have any questions, ask!

Run away, Do not even look at them if you know what is good for you.
Back in March/April, John Cisneros (The owner) pursued replacing my roof with several calls. After he got a contract signed and a deposit, he never called back and scheduled the roof replacement. This was after guaranteeing it would just be a few weeks to write the supplements. I called in May and he said a few more weeks because they were backed-up. I called in early June and he said he would have the roofing materials delivered next Wed (June 14). Wed came and went with no call or contact. I called him on Friday (June 16). He again stated the roofing materials would be delivered next week. (Note during this time it was bright and sunny in Texas, so weather was NOT an excuse.) After more back and forth. John Cisneros had to coordinate with his partner on getting a new delivery and install date. (When working to get my business he represented himself as the owner and that he was responsible for everything (Scheduling, follow-up, etc).) He gave me a new roof delivery date of Monday July 10. He called on the afternoon of July 7 and stated ""The earliest he could deliver was now Wed July 12."" I told him I was done with his BS and lies and to refund my money. He stated he would drop a check off on Monday 10 July. He did not. I told him to mail the check. I have also filed a complaint with the better business bureau. Sat 15 July he texts me he will bring the check by on Monday. (What happened to putting it in mail on Tuesday?) It is Monday and no sign of him or my check.
