Cisco's Roofing completed a overlay roof on a shopping center job last week. I met with Francisco at the building and was impressed that he brought lots of samples for me to pick from. He was a really nice person who was very knowledgeable. He send me a quote for the work to be done and I also received other quote's which were all over the board.

Francisco's price was fair and below the others, but most of all I felt comfortable with the way Francisco ran his company. I have been in the commercial business for 35 years and I know when a well run company is reliable. So look no further. Thanks Francisco for a great job.

The time to replace the old wood shake roof on our house had arrived. So, I checked Angie's List, Yelp, and talked to friends about reliable and professional roofers to install a new composition roof on our two-story house.
I selected three roofing companies, including Cisco's Roofing, to give price estimates and talk about their work. Cisco was the only company that actually went on top of the house to look at the work needed. The other two companies relied on Google Earth photos. Cisco was the only company to describe, in detail, how the job would go and options for us to consider, plus pointing out a couple of potential concerns that might need to be addressed along the way.
We went with Cisco's (each company used the same material preferences we wanted). Cisco's was the lowest price and the most thorough.
The roof tear-off crew were quick and professional, cleaning up all debris that inadvertently fell on the ground. The material supply company were also professional and hardworking.
Cisco's crew did as professional job as I had hoped. The employees communicate well, have a strong work ethic, and seem to take a lot of pride in their job.
Cisco's is honest and ethical. I wouldn't hesitate to call on them again.

I called Cisco's Roofing, along with a handful of other roofing contractors, to get an estimate on removal and replacement of my old roof. Francisco was the first contractor to get back to me and the first to set an appointment. Francisco showed up on time for the appointment and returned his bid within a day.

I had three layers of shingles on my roof along with A LOT of dry rot.

Now, Cisco's wasn't the lowest bid but he was the only contractor to follow up with a phone call and go over, in great detail, all the work he planned on doing and he was the only contractor to be completely upfront about the dry rot issue and the additional costs to repair it. Other contractors simply fired off an email with a base price and never bothered to explain their plan or even mention the dry rot.

We scheduled the job with Cisco's and while his crew was out here they were polite, professional, and fast. Francisco kept me informed every step of the way on the job progress and was informative and helpful. The job came in right at the bid price and on time.

I couldn't be happier with the job Francisco and his crew did, the roof looks beautiful and just the way I wanted it to. The next time I have another roofing project, I'm going straight to Cisco's Roofing, no question.

We are very happy with the work Cisco's Roofing did for us. Of the 6 quotes we received, they were the cheapest. While it isn't a good idea to always go with the low bidder it seemed OK with Cisco. Francisco took the time to explain everything to Corina and I. I worked as a roofer some when young so I knew he was telling us the truth. Oh, and when I say he was the cheapest the range of bids was $8,500 to the most expensive.

The workers were very professional and were done in a few days. We are happy with our beautiful new roof.

I called Francisco just before closing time on a Friday. Not only did he answer the call, but he told me he would stop by on his way home. Shortly after that he arrived. There was some urgency on my part because it had rained and the roof was leaking. The was also a massive storm predicted for the following day. Francisco got on the roof, identified the problem and fixed it on the spot. He also fixed a few other tiles on the roof that were loose, without charging me extra for it. Emergency calls usually command a highly inflated price. Francisco was more than fair with me on the price and I couldn't be any happier. He was prompt, courteous, friendly, efficient and fair. If I need a roofer in the future, he will be my first, and probably only, call that I make. I was VERY impressed and VERY pleased...and I'm a difficult person to either impress or please.

We were in desperate need of someone to come out quickly to fix a hole in the ceiling of our house.
The hard rain burst we had in Elk Grove today, made us very aware of a leak we had that wasn't going to get any better! We quickly made several calls, and the only person who was willing to come help us today was Cisco from CISCO'S ROOFING. We lucked out finding him! He got to the house within 15 mins of calling. Very nice guy!!
He saw the problem, got on the roof and fixed the tile. He ALSO looked around, and fixed 8 more tiles that were absolutely going to cause more damage! His price was VERY resonanable. He could have really taken advantage of our situation and over charged us,...but, he was extremely fair!!
You will be happy you called him!

My flat tile roof was in desperate need of a tune up/maintenance and repair. I had a small leak above my garage (clogged channel flashing), some cracked tiles, some slipped tiles, dirty valleys, old leaky roof jacks, bad flashing, etc. I live in a nice neighborhood in Elk Grove that makes the majority of contractors want to charge at least twice what they should. I got several bids and Cisco was the only one that gave me a decent and honest bid. So I went with Cisco and I am very happy I did. Since this was a repair/cleaning/tune up, I knew my job would be slipped in between other larger jobs and that was fine. I had all my roof jacks and cracked tiles replaced, bad areas cleaned and repaired, and everything looks great. Cisco and his crew went above and beyond on several occasions and still stuck to the original bid. I'm very happy and recommend Cisco's roofing to everyone.
