follow up to my previous review from august 2023 I received a call the next day after I posted the review. I was put on the schedule and my roof was completed before labor day. all the workers were professional and knowledgeable the roof looks good and so far no leaks

We had severe wind damage and the water was staining our ceiling in our house. Circle City worked with us to get the best solution to our issues. Flexed with our schedule and had to work with so much rain this season. The roof is done now and looks great. Lots of choices so that I could get it looking just the way I wanted. Thank you to the entire team.

I can never seem to get anywhere with Mike. I called him in June and left a detailed message for him to call me back. He didn't return my call until sometime in September, and he left a message on my machine. I thought business must be so good for him he didn't need mine so I didn't return his call. Today a couple of roofers were working on my neighbor's roof as we came back from the store and I asked for an estimate on a roof replacement. They called Mike and he said he'd be over in an hour.

He ghosted me. I'm concerned now that if they were to start my roof, would they finish it. No thanks, I'll take my business somewhere else where it's appreciated.

I wish I could give a good review but I can't. For two weeks I called and left messages. Once I actually spoke with someone and was told that the owner would return my call so they can't lie and say the message machine is broken. Never got a return call. Even if a company is not interested in the job, they call and tell you instead of wasting your time. Work on your customer service.

Great bunch of guys! Fast ! Started on a Monday and were finished by Thursday. Never a wasted moment. This is what a roofing company should be. Professional, courteous, clean and kind. No problems whatsoever. Thanks Mickey! The roof looks great and we are super pleased with the results!!

I have been trying to get Circle City Roofing to do a repair on my roof for 6 weeks now. I have talked to the ladies in the office and am getting excuses from Very busy to ""I don't know why they haven't called you back yet"". Two weeks later and still no quote. Maybe that's why they only have 3 stars out of 5.

Very Un- Professional Company watched them back into the neighbors pillar almost knocking it over , the job they did took 4 days always starting at 6:00 am -6:30 am every morning , watched the workers even take 20 Cigarette Breaks as well before completing any thing they left at 12:00 pm and never returned not even sure when it hits the 5th day on the Job if so tomorrow they are even done yet ? They left at 1:30 pm Today , when asking when they thought the conclusion of the job was the answer was maybe tomorrow maybe the next day , then the worker was told to get back to work by this Guy i hear his name is Mickey a gray hair older man then proceed to tell me , leave my worker alone , im gonna come down on this latter and kick your A** ,i stand there he calls the cops ,wasting the emergency officers time with a false complaint . the Officer comes informs me to leave them alone I'm Compliant yet ,i'm letting others know how he handles his crew and situations ,Very non Professional .when looking for a roofing company ,think twice of who roofs- re roofs your house .Suggestion stay clear of this companies Drama .Just for your info a head up .
