I had a Euroshield roof installed by Matthew Naylor and Michael Autwell after a recommendation from Susan Kittrell the Euroshield shingle rep. There were multiple issues during the installation and I was feeling the work they were performing was not being done properly and to manufacturer's specifications. I expressed my concerns to Matthew and Michael and was assured best quality, practices and components were being used. Within weeks of installation a shingle was popping up.

It took some time and expense to get an experienced Euroshield installer from out of town to come in and inspect the job. They found multiple issues with the work. After consulting an attorney with this information he suggested I get an inspection from a qualified company not expecting to gain a job from their report. Sadly this company found additional issues with the job that was done by Circle A Consulting LLC. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. It will likely be a long road but I feel I have a good case and plan to pursue this case until resolution.
