We had a great experience with Ron and his crew. We had an all-concrete back patio, rotting wooden posts holding up the covered part of the patio and a crumbling driveway. Ron worked with us to come up with the optimal design and layout of the patio, and quickly agreed to replace the posts and fix the driveway at a reasonable cost. When issues with paver design arose, Ron was very patient and worked with us until we arrived at the pavers that we wanted installed. There were also a couple of minor installation issues that popped up, but Ron and team always were happy to quickly address with a smile. I highly recommend using them for similar projects!

CID builders did a great job on my shower. They weren't the cheapest (and not the most expensive), but they definitely gave us a good value. Ron took care of all the permits and set up all the appointments with the inspector. Upon our request, they even had some tiles fabricated through a 3rd party vendor and Ron never tried to charge us any extra. He was always reachable by phone and answered every question that came up. I am very impressed with their work and would definitely recommend them!

I rate CID Builders & Developers a 5+ or more given the opportunity. This company is down right amazing. We needed a slab poured in our backyard and it turned out just absolutely beautiful. Oren delivered on all of his promises. The crew appeared on the property on time each and every day without failure. Oren said the work would be done in two weeks but they actually got it done in one week then used a few more days to put the finishing touches and left the property spotless at the end of the project.. Our next project is a kitchen remodel and we are definitely going to use CID to do this work. We have had lots of work done to our property and CID is by far superior to all other companies that we have hired in the past. We, without reservation, highly recommend CID to anyone who is thinking of getting any type of construction done to their home. You will not regret the work done by CID as we are so happy and completely satisfied with our new and beautiful backyard.

We had a great experience with CID! Our backyard went from a barren all concrete wasteland with a pool, to a lush backyard with a beautiful redwood deck. Sam our point man was helpful, always available, never ""nickel and dimed"" us, and gave great suggestions. There were always workers on the job, and they made good on every promise. Even after the job was done they are available to answer any questions that may arise. I will absolutely use them again!

My wife and I planned on renovating our kitchen and bath in our new home. We met with 3 general contractors before we met with CID Builders. They all seemed disinterested in my ideas and made lame attempts to beef up my projects and get deeper into my pockets. One contractor disregarded my initial plans and wanted to knock down exterior walls. Another wanted to charge me $7,000 for blue prints. Knowing that I had appointments for additional estimates, some were reluctant to leave without having me sign a contract. The last guy told me that the estimate was only good while he was there. Otherwise, it was null once he walked out the door. I shouted a few expletives and pointed to the exit. He picked up his briefcase (which was obviously empty and just for show) and left my house... leaving behind the smell of cheap cologne and hot dog water. It all seemed hopeless.
Then I met Mr.Oren Amar from CID. Talking to him was like a breath of fresh air. He listened to my plans and didn't force any of his ""creative ideas"" on me. No phony briefcase and no $7,000 blue prints. This was a man that saw my vision and wanted nothing more than to appease my wife and I. Throughout the project Oren kept me posted. Everyday he would let me know what time his crew would be there and what they would work on. His workers knew exactly what to do without involving me. At the end of the day, Oren would call to make sure I was happy with the days work. His crew worked fast, they were neat and always cleaned up before quitting time. Oren would usually inspect the project throughout the week to make sure everything was in order and up to code. When an unforeseen problem would arise, Oren would take care of it like a professional and never tried to squeeze more money out of me. A stand up guy that honored our contract and made sure I was 100% satisfied with the progressions before collecting payments. I highly recommend CID Builders to anyone looking for a professional and knowledgeable workforce to renovate or make additions.

We have known Mr. Oren Amar since November 2013 when we hired CID Builders to resurface a retaining wall, create a bench within the wall, and construct a fire pit for our backyard. We had interviewed several contractors and found Mr. Amar's quote to be the most comprehensive and reasonably priced. Having worked with him during the last few months, we can say that he was regularly visible on site and always available no matter what day or time to field our questions and take our concerns. Mr. Amar displayed a genuine interest in our satisfaction of the completed project and took every step necessary to ensure that we were 100% satisfied. He allowed us to make all decisions, including those regarding the finest detail, including the style of caps, color of materials, types of stone, and dimensions of the fire pit. In ensuring his understanding of our vision of the finished project, Mr. Amar displayed a great deal of patience and commitment to both us and our project. Mr. Amar kept us well informed of the work that was going to be performed and when it was going to be performed. His workers were extremely professional and kept the work site extraordinarily clean. I understand that trust is something that has to be earned. However, it you can take one thing away from our review, it is that we were able to trust Mr. Amar. We look forward to working with him again on future projects!

Pool was the only thing we didn't have in our backyard. Well; at least we thought so. After CID started our project building a brand new modern pool, it was so cozy and contemporary looking that we decided to precede and remodel the rest of of our backyard. It's amazing. :-)
They promised 2 month for the job completion and It was done in 45 days.
