In January CID Builders rebuilt our kitchen completely. We couldn't be more pleased with the result. The price was competitive though not the cheapest. Ron was extremely helpful from start to finish. He was also always available and paid attention to all the details. Fily and his team worked very hard and were very friendly and clean. I have had major problems in the past with contractors not respecting the property and not cleaning up properly. CID have restored my faith that there are contractors out there that do take care with their work. Even after completion we had some minor issues with small blemishes etc. One phone call to Ron and everything was sorted with someone on our doorstop to take care of it the next morning. The kitchen designer Alan also did an amazing job creating exactly the look we wanted. I would definitely recommend CID builders to anyone.

We had repair work in our wall due to damage that was left for years from a leaky roof. The damage was above the entryway between the living room and the dining room. There was rotted, water-damaged wood, including a support beam. Ron came out on time for the estimate and explained in a very professional way what needed to be done. My wife and I were impressed and signed a contract right away.
On the morning of the day of the work, Ron's crew came on time and they did an amazing job. They replaced the damaged wood with new Douglas fir preserving the original design of the archway. They drywalled and patched, ready for me to paint. Wall looks like a new house.
We're so happy that we chose this company.

Could not be more thrilled with our new bathroom!!! Ron/CID was referred to us by a family member who has had a number of jobs completed by them on her house. We received 3 quotes for the job and chose CID based on the fact that they were both competitive (beat our other top contender by ~20%!) and highly recommended.

I was so impressed with the quality of work and craftsmanship. The CID team was professional, capable and completed the bathroom of our dreams ON TIME and on budget! We had stressed to Ron that we had company coming in from out of town and he made sure the bathroom was done and passed inspection prior to their arrival.

I showed Ron an inspiration board I had put together and CID nailed it (pun intended). The day we signed the contract, he had his carpenter over at our house measuring for the custom work needed and we had a rendering to approve that night.

Highly recommend CID and will definitely look to them again for future projects!

Ron and his team of CID employees/contractors were great from beginning to end for my ROOFING project!

Ron took the time to visit me multiple times in different cities to explain procedures, show me samples, and offer payment options. He always visited the job site, was courteous, explained things, and even stopped the project to solve an unexpected problem we encountered.

Even after the job was done and he was paid in full, i noticed something that was aesthetically unacceptable, and upon notifying him, he immediately sent a person to address the issue and fix it to my liking.

His prices were great, considering he is not only a licensed GC, but had a roofing license too. The peace of mind was worth paying the premium, even though his prices were very competitive to begin with.

Overall, it was a great experience and it is rare to find a good contractor to work with. Thanks Ron for everything!!!

Ok so I have been very tardy in doing this review but now have a moment to sit and reflect on the beautiful bathroom Ron gave us. I knew Ron was the right choice for us after interviewing several contractors that looked at our tiny house in Van Nuys and our tiny budget and didn't laugh or look down their nose at us. Ron was also the only contractor who would allow us to customize and have his team install, having one of the guys put together the Ikea sink vanity was worth the price alone ! Everyone that came into our house was polite and respectful, Ron took care of the permits, he was always there on call or text when we had a hundred questions and when we made a drastic mistake with a paint choice, he had it repainted at no extra cost. Ron will be ""our guy"" now, with a list of remodeling in our future, we and others, should Consider It Done.
