Chuy's Roofing was referred from a neighbor on Next Door. ""He was not the cheapest bid, but he did great work"". I gave Chuy a call and he gave me an estimate. First off his estimate was very thorough and included photos from my existing roof and issues he found.

I gave Chuy the contract after reviewing his estimate, reviews on Yelp, his web page and the BBB (A+ rating). He told me his guys could start the next day if that was ok. I agreed.

At 8 AM his guys were onsite and started to work. I work virtual so I was able to monitor their work and progress. All of his workers were great. The guys stripped the roof down to the plywood, and removed the flashing. They finished day 1 after completely covering my roof with new Owens Corning paper. After the crew left for the day, I was amazed to find the ground area around my house was clean and free of paper, shingles and nails.

Day 2 they crew arrived at 8am and finished the custom work requested. They removed two old out dated skylights and closed the opening with new wood and paper. The flashing was replaced with new and the roof intake and exhaust vents were replaced along with the Owens Corning 30 year shingles in the color I requested. Again at the end of the day, the site was cleaned of all trash and nails.

Day 3 the crew arrived again at 8am and went right to work. Sometime shortly after lunch I noticed the hammering had stopped. The job was complete. The site was cleaned and when I say cleaned it was spotless. No nails trash or shingle grit. My back patio furniture and BBQ had been cleaned and washed down. All of the concrete areas around my house both front and back yard had been swept clean and washed down. The guys even ran huge magnets over the yard to remove any remaining nails.

Two days later I received a phone call from Chuy. He stopped by my house and dropped off the completed Wind Storm Application for my homeowners insurance company.

I have to say, doing business with Chuy's Roofing was all I could ask for and more. He and his team were all great to work with. If you need a new roof or roof repairs. Give Chuy's Roofing a call.

We just recently chose Chuy's Roofing to replace the roof on our house and I'm sure pleased that we did. He wasn't the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but his guys did an excellent job. The price he quoted was all inclusive and he didn't hit us up with the added costs like others that we got a quote from. They came in, tore off the old roof, did a little wood replacement and roofed the house in a day and a half. They even painted the roof jacks to match the color of shingle that we chose. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone I know.

We were very pleased with Mr. Chuy Noguez and his company! I called asking for an estimate and he came out the next day on an extremely cold day to get on our roof and give us the estimate! We thought the estimate was very fair! We had heard a few horror stories about price gouging from other companies after Hurricane Harvey. We accepted his proposal, he came out within hours to have us select the shingle we wanted. They came out the next day (wasn't expecting them till later), but our alarm scared them off. But they were here early on a Saturday morning and worked all weekend to get it done! The workers were very respectful and left our property very clean! And our roof looks beautiful! Had some heavy downpours a week later, and the roof has held up!! Would highly recommend!!
