This business had us waiting all summer last year promising us to fit us in his schedule. Gave us two to three excuses (personal reasons) as to why he wasn't answering our calls, we understood. Again, no courtesy calls and no response. At one point, he made a comment stating he doesn't like people to push him or get updates from him, that he rather not take the job because he works at his own pace, but still promised to complete our job. One day, he decided not to do the job after I asked about the starting date and only informed me via text message. Very unprofessional, just our experience, thank you.

What can I say about Chuco Built Roofing?!? CBR went way above and beyond! I would like to take the time to recognize Oscar for his outstanding service and dedication toward the community. As a deployed service member I am very cautious of whom I allow around my family. Not only was Oscar respectful and very helpful, him and his team at Chuco Built Roofing went above and beyond to do an outstanding job on our roof, he did such a great job I would recommend him and his company to anyone for any job. He treated my wife with the utmost respect. He made sure she was aware of the needed repairs and at a great price! He took time out of his day to help us with things that were out of his work scope to make sure everything was perfect. Simply a must higher, great buildings man, affordable, and a great American.

I needed some work done on my roof. I had reached out to a few places and no one answered. So I requested a quote from this company and they responded quickly. He came out gave a quote and when the job was done it stayed the same. He came to my home when I wasn't there and my next door neighbor gave him a ear full. Lol. But he got the job done fast and I'm glad I found him. I will be using him again.
