In 1989, I started as a pressure washing contractor, cleaning numerous roofs until I discovered the manufacturers' advice against pressure washing. Once I understood this in late 1991, I acquired the right roof cleaning tools and started employing the gentle methods prescribed by manufacturers.

When my son finished school in 1994, he decided to join me and eventually take ownership of the family business. He has remained with me throughout the years, never departing for other opportunities. By hiring us, you engage experienced professionals. We operate without a crew, meaning no trainees or inexperienced workers will be on your premises.

Now at 64, I let my son handle most of the physical work, having worked together since 1994. I am proud to be among the instructors at ""The Roof Cleaning Institute of America."" I may not often get on roofs anymore, but I still handle driveways, parking lots, and pool areas, as seen in my 2012 picture.
