It took longer, the price was higher than I was quoted, the guys that showed up were not informed of what I was told would be done. The wood does not match the old stuff, and they didn't even paint it. It's been less than a year and everything they did is falling apart and looks bad. I really have no idea what I paid all that money for. I wish I had not gone to them, and I don't recommend you do either.

We've had two leaks in our roof for a number of years; especially bad when the wind and rain blows (south to north) up the canyon we live in. We've had handymen and some DIY attempts to fix them, to no avail. We finally decided to contract with some roofing professionals and after reviewing three quotes with varying approaches to solving the problems, we chose Christian Roofing to do a comprehensive repair and maintenance of our roof. We had a number of broken tiles and some decaying fascia boards that all needed replacing. The work certainly needing doing after over 15 years (we rebuilt after the Cedar Fire) and we're glad that we had all that maintenance done. However, that didn't cure the leaks as we found out in the next couple of storms. I've always felt that the true measure of a company is not always how they perform initially, but how they deal with technical problems and customer issues later. After reporting to Christian Roofing that we still had the leaks they initially sent an individual out DURING a storm to see if he could determine where the leaks were and fix them. Subsequently, when I called to report that we still had the leaks, they sent a team out with, from what I could tell, the apparent directions to, ""do whatever it takes to find and fix the leaks."" And that they did; finding the leaks and taking a no holds barred approach to fixing them. We're looking forward to the next storms, mostly because we don't believe we'll have to again put out bowls to catch the drips. And even though they didn't get everything fixed the first time, I'll call Christian Roofing anytime I need roofing work done in the future.

Sadly, we called early last week for an estimate and still haven't heard back. We even called to follow up after a few days passed and was told Christian was assigned to our inquiry. Hopeful that with our follow up, we would have gotten a call shortly after. Not a word.

The owner, Shawn, is a gem. So accommodating (more so than he probably even needs to be in some cases; because as an Association manager I know my people are not easy to deal with) and you can tell he truly wants to make the customer happy, whatever means possible.

I have worked with him on a reroofing project, as well as with repairs. He is thorough, sends check ins and overall really allows you to understand the process through every step of the way.

Prices are competitive and fair. Highly recommend.

I am so sorry to post this, as it seems this business has many happy clients. My experience was different. The guy who did estimates & sales came out and made nicey-nice, then, things started getting hinky.
We were told (I think we met on Mon or Tues) that we had to sign the contract by Friday, because prices were going up first thing on Monday--it was a problem with the supply chain y'know.
Yes, pressure to get that contract signed, & did I want to miss the deadline and pay more?? I did not appreciate that! Then, the charm was turned up, but the shyster stuff came out, with offers to reduce the price considerably--I asked how can he do that if the initial price he gave was hundreds of dollars more? Oh he upped the charm, added some flattery, and said he was real good buddies with the owner, and all he has to do is wink wink and the owner will go along with it. Huh? That doesn't sound like good business to me. Your mileage may very, but Caveat Emptor.

Christian Roofing replaced both the roof and fixed some of the termite eaten wood that had plagued the crawl area and side-boards along the rooftop. It looks beautiful, everyone in the house is happy with the better temperature regulation. There was a slight problem in the power was cut during installation. But I mention it because of what a stellar job they did in resolving it quickly and painlessly. Ultimately, that's what you want in people working on your home -- good quality and if there is a hiccup that it gets resolved quickly. Thanks for the work from the entire team!

Absolutely thrilled with the work Christian Roofing performed replacing an old roof that was well past it's lifetime. I received multiple quotes and went through a handful of estimate processes with various roofing companies locally. Christian was by far the most detailed, taking his time around the house and on the roof to provide a very competitive estimate. He answered all my questions and took the time to truly understand the outcome I was looking for, and didn't nickel & dime me for anything beyond the scope. Very transparent with regards to additional charges for wood replacement, etc.

Upon the start date of the project, Christian Roofing showed up ready to rock and roll throughout the 2 day timeframe. I had a full team that absolutely crushed the roofing project. Luis was the project supervisor and walked me through the full details of what they would be doing throughout the 2 day project. His entire project team was an absolute pleasure to work with; very kind and courteous throughout the 2 days. Furthermore, the team did a phenomenal job cleaning up around the house, leaving very little mess - a few old shingle pieces here and there but overall really nice effort for clean up.

The finished result? Will add photos asap, having issues with Yelp uploading the pictures. The new roof completely changed the entire look of the house and is absolutely perfect. They even re-painted the vents and connections on top of the roof, leaving a real clean look from above.
