Our experience with Christian roofing is all positive, we recommend this company to anyone who desires to work with professional, caring, efficient, capable, trust-worthy, and honest team - no matter the size of the job, when they commit, they are there on time and finish on schedule (ofcourse weather is a big factor in this line of work).

Our job was a mid-sized job and was quickly identified by Josh on his first visit to estimate the scope of work. He was comfortable addressing (patiently) all the customer concerns and explained several times (when he realized that the customer was not getting the picture fully) with care what the entire process involves.
The crew were clean in their work, nobody could tell roof work was being done, they were on site on-time (we were lucky to have three continuous days of great weather) and and were off to work promptly. When new problems were unearthed, the project manager corresponded with the client and gave them the options to chose from.

All in all a very positive experience and we await the next rains to see the proof of their work (which I am sure will be certified by an inspector with flying colors).

Josh is the best and his team were so pleasant and professional too.

I highly recommend Christian Roofing.

They were referred to us by a contractor friend, since we needed a complete roof replacement for our aging house, granny flat and garage. From the initial meeting to project completion, Josh proved to be knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and responsive. He presented good options for us to choose from, but also provided candid advice as to which premium features are worthwhile and which ones aren't. The crew were hard-working and courteous, and were very diligent about cleaning the site at the end of each workday. They also made the extra effort needed to complete the project by our deadline, which admittedly was a pretty aggressive target.

I've never worked with a contractor who communicated as well as Josh. He provided regular e-mail updates as well as periodic in-person walkthroughs to explain the progress made and any issues encountered. It was clear he takes great pride in the work Christian Roofing performs, and we could not be happier with the results.

Christian Roofing was my 4th estimate. 1 estimate was from a small independent contractor. His price was good, but the job would take at least 5 days (too long for my needs), 3 other estimates were all close in price, The difference was Josh and the desire of Christian Roofing to work with the customer. I met Josh (Estimator) and right away felt a connection. Josh was very friendly and genuine. He asked me questions. He gave me options and made me feel very comfortable. He made several suggestions, but told me, ""this is your roof, I want you to be happy"". I had a question about roof vents. He shared pros and cons about various roof venting so I could make an informed decision. I mentioned that I got his company from Angie's list and he immediately offered me a perk. I did not expect.

I knew right away that I would choose CR to do the job. My budget for the roof was pretty tight and I told Josh my concerns. I wanted to get the Low-E thermal protection but did not know how much wood replacement might cost (42 year old 2 story home). I told Josh that I wanted to proceed with the roof and hold off on the Low-E till I knew how much wood would cost. He was very understanding and did not pressure me in the slightest.

Josh came by the day before the scheduled start date to show my wife and I shingle samples and explain in detail what to expect. He spent a lot of time with us. He took shingle samples on the roof so we could see them in place. He set them at different angels, he even took them across the street so they would be in full sunlight to help us decide. He was very accommodating and incredibly patient. He really takes time to make you feel comfortable. He carefully detailed the products and warranties we could choose from.

The job went very well. The workers did a great job. They tarped off all around the house to protect and keep the area clean.We were amazed by how clean the crew left our home at the end of the day. Josh explained and showed me what wood needed to be replaced. Thank God, it wasn't much at all. I decided to go forward with the Low-E protection after all as an energy savings add on. CR also installed a solar tube and that installation went very well and looks great.

My Wife and I were amazed at how positive of an experience this has been. The roof looks great and the job only took about 2 1/2 days. When we told josh how much we liked the shingles we picked he was very happy for us. It can be hard to imagine what a sample will look like when covering the entire roof, even after looking at picture of other homes with the same shingle.

After the job, Josh came by to do a walk thru to make sure we were happy with everything. He even took me up on the roof to look it all over.

He filled out the warranty information and included a nice thank you note for choosing CR.

Josh is a great representative for your company!!! Debbie in the Front office was also very professional and pleasant to deal with.

I will gladly recommend Christian Roofing to family and friends for any and all roofing needs. I already have recommend them to a friend looking to get a solar tube installed.

I was away on vacation when I got a call from my neighbor and then the police that a small plane had crashed into my roof. It was a nightmare, my family's vacation was totally ruined... After we caught the next flight home I started calling roofing companies and this place was able to come the soonest. I gave them my insurance information and ended up not having to pay anything. They did a great clean up job, which I appreciate.

I was referred to Christian Roofing through a friend, who had his roof done by them several years ago. He spoke very highly of both the company, as well as the president, Shawn Preman. I also saw similar reviews on this site (Yelp) as well.

Initially, I was going to use Christian Roofing as my base line company. I had planned to get their estimate first, then work off of that while I obtained other bids. Because I had a personal reference from a friend, I felt like I had a bit of a leg up for somebody who knew nothing about the process or where to begin.

I did look over the BBB report for Christian Roofing, and learned they had an 'A+' rating since 2000, with zero complaints even filed. This told me that they do great work, and if a mistake was made, it was corrected without incident. This was huge for me, as I am aware that this type of service is ripe with dishonesty.

I requested that Shawn, the president, personally come out to do the bid. Shawn arrived on time and was very professional from the start. Shawn looked over my roof and gave me an initial estimate. My house was built in 1969, and the roof has never been fully re-done, so I was sure I'd be in for some serious damage once the shingles were removed. Plus my eves are stuccoed to the fascia, so I had concerns about the breakage; getting it patched, etc..

Shawn told me a rough estimate of what to expect as far as hidden damage, which was very close to the amount which there actually was. I did have a couple additional sections of fascia that had damage which was hidden by the gutters, however it was nowhere the nightmare that I feared.

Later that day I received the actual proposal, via an email. The proposal was very detailed and specific; to the point that all of the materials being used were defined, which even included the type of fasteners to be used to secure the felt layering.

After I received the proposal, I contacted three of his references, all whom spoke very highly of Christian Roofing. One of the things mentioned when I was doing some online research for selecting a roofing contractor was to ""go with your gut.""

My intention was to get a couple of other bids, but at this point I did not feel as if I'd be comparing 'apples-to-apples.' With my personal referral from a close friend, as well as the A+ rating from the BBB, (and the reviews from this site) I knew I could easily do worse. Also, in my mind, when it comes to the roof of your home, going cheap might not be the smart thing to do.

Christian Roofing exceeded my expectations in every respect. Without going into too much detail about the materials that I selected, let me just say I have one hell of a nice looking roof, which was done to near perfection- Seriously!

Each day when the roofers were done for the day, my property was completely cleaned up. In fact, if you did not look up to my roof where the materials were stored, there was no evidence of a construction project even taking place.

Luis, the foreman was great, as were the other members of the crew. Always on time and very courteous. I honestly can't express how great it was finding and using this company.

I also wanted to make note of something:

A full length piece of fascia had some minor damage. There was a thin crack on one end. One which I would have never even noticed. The piece of fascia had already been primed by one of the roofers just before Shawn dropped by for his daily status check. Shawn noticed the thin crack, and traded it out for a new piece. Since this had already been primed, Shawn was out the money. This small imperfection could have easily been hidden from me, however I think this speaks to the professionalism of this company as a whole.

Again, if you're looking for a new roof, I just don't think you'll do much better then Christian Roofing. From their office people to the end workers; all were great. I also wanted to say thanks for a job VERY well done.

I highly recommend Christian Roofing. My 80+ year old Tudor Style home desperately needed a new roof. The old wood shingles were falling off and the roof was sagging, giving the house a haunted look. I was worried about disturbing my tenant and also worried about how a new roof would look. Josh walked me through the entire process with daily phone updates and photos. I live 10 hours away and couldn't be there to keep up with progress. I recently visited the house to do some work and what a delight! She is beautiful with her new tile shingles. With Josh's keen aesthetics and eye for details she is transformed from old and dilapidated to the prettiest house on the block. Thank you Christian Roofing. I cannot thank Josh enough for his expertise and great work.

You absolutely cannot find a more responsible, ethical, trustworthy and capable roofing contractor than Shawn Preman. He did our roof three years ago and did a great job then. Now, after this last rainstorm, we had a problem (which turned out to be the fault of a different contractor) and Shawn had someone out here in less than 24 hours finding and correcting the problem. He and his workers are professional and respectful of both person and property.

On a personal note, Shawn is a really nice person. I feel like he treats us the way he would want to be treated if he were in our position. I knew, when I called Shawn and Christian Roofing, that I could trust that the job would be done quickly and the job would be done well. But when you hire Shawn Preman, you get so much more. You get someone with a conscience and someone you can trust. In the field of contracting, that is very rare, indeed.
