This company did the roof of my neighbor's house. The night of their first day of work, they hammered away until 8:15 PM - in the dark! The next day I told the supervisor about the 7:00 PM noise ordinance in Roswell and he said ""OK"". That evening hammering (albeit less) went on past 7:30. The third evening hammering and the air compressor went well past 7:00 and clean up with a leaf blower went on after 7:30. It hardly seems professional to flagrently disregard a city's noise ordinance.

We recently decided to replace the roof and gutters on our home. And, while the rook was about 10 years old and did have some leaks which we could have repaired, we thought best to replace. We sought out four vendors and received bids from all that were very competitive. Appears the roofing industry is very tight with estimate numbers. Three roofing vendors I sourced for bids from Nextdoor and one vendor was a referral from friends that recently had their roof and gutters replaced. Christian Brothers Roofing was our selected vendor, the referred one from a friend, because of their sales efforts consisting of attentiveness, knowledge, advice, recommendations and follow-through. Shane Lively was our sales representative did a great job managing the entire process. He provided a gutter solution that works for getting around gutter cleaning as we have lots of trees suggesting Smart-Flo. This was by far the best ""leaf guard"" recommendation from all roofing vendors! And, it's worked like a charm with all this rain over the last couple weeks since the installation. In addition, we had an exhaust vent installed which Shane coordinated well with Moncrief Heating & Air Conditioning to make the process as seamless as possible. Installation of the roof took one day and the gutters took another day and all was done in the same week. The installation crew with both were very professional and cleaned up after themselves very well. Hardly any nails to be found as we discovered when using our own magnetic sweeper to pick up any nails that were not picked up on their own pass through around the house. STRONGLY RECOMMEND Christian Brothers Roofing for roof replacement and gutter replacement.

I cannot over emphasize how competent, honest, professional, and totally customer oriented this business (and all its employees) are. There was not one negative aspect or occurrence throughout the entire process of them fixing an area of my roof in which a small area of flashing had never been installed. They are extremely profession with excellent communications and documentation. You always know what their intentions are and who and when the work will be done. There are no surprises, they are punctual, and they are experts. You will be very pleased with their price and results. Great people to work with!

I had some reservations about the company that was doing my roof, so I turned to Christian Brothers to assist me. I was put in touch with Mary Kate who was extremely patient, answered all of my questions and provided more than enough information to put me at ease with my situation. I wasn't in a position to be able to switch who was doing my roof, but, if anyone ever asks me for a roofing company, or if I ever need anything in the future, Christian Brothers will be my first call. I built my own company on consumer reviews, and as a result, my standards are extremely high. This company is phenomenal!

Christian Brothers Roofing was doing jobs in our neighborhood and came to my door to sell me a roofing package deal. I told them that I needed some work done on my chimney and they came to look at the roof briefly on a different day and then we scheduled an appointment for someone to come out and look at it further and give me a free estimate and at the scheduled time nobody showed. I took time off for the appointment and it was aggravating that no one showed. Going to go with another company.

Initially I saw an ad on Angie's list for 39999. However, once Rick found out I was going trough the insurance company, The charges doubled, I paid him half and was going to provide the remainder of the funds upon completion of the errors found. Like my Skylight that started with a small leak that resulted in a large leak on the inside of my house. After numerous calls he sent the workers back only this time to vandalize my Skylight, which I thought they were repairing it. But smart Rick sent me a video of some guys standing on my roof in the rain, At this time it became clear that he was strange and the men were vandalizing my property, Therefore I hired another roofing company who advised me that my roof was applied over rooted wood along with numerous mistakes, They also confirmed that my Skylight was vandalized so I had to close it in. In addition, they had removed boards and siding from house so that animals could get in...BEWARE... Rick doesn't not have a license in Georgia.. He contracts his work out to unskilled immigrants. Also my gutters were ripped off my house.

I was the president of the homeowners association and called on Christian Brothers to give us a quote. They came in under so we used them. They did so well we used them on 5 more townhome units. Highly recommend.

Initially, I felt this would be a positive experience. My elderly Father needed a new roof. I handled the details as he has dementia. Mr Olsen appeared professional and my Father hired his company to install new roof. This is when things got creepy. Mr Olson would come by to ""visit"" my father. He then began leaving notes, one on my car and one in my bathroom..(I'm a live in caregiver) The one in my bathroom said ""miss me yet""
When I told him to never come on the property again, he attempted one more ""visit"" I told him I had notified police about his trespassing.
This must have upset him as he began harassing us for money above his original estimate. He forged my Fathers signature on paperwork, and verified to my Dad's insurance company completed work he never did or completed.
The roof was done poorly. I paid Dr. Roof to provide estimate to correct the defects and the cost was over $2000.00. Additionally, Mr Olsen never got a building permit required in Roswell. The permit office told me it wasn't the 1st time proper permits were not obtained by him.
There's more.. but if this isn't enough to have you question using Christian Brothers Roofing..remember, buyer beware.
