Honest and absolutely amazing to work with, they stood by their warranty after 12 years! They went back to the house more than 12 years later to replace shingles that were damaged without any hassle at all. Because of our good experience with their warranty work, we used them again for my parents house and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their pricing was competitive with our other estimates and their customer service and attention to detail was the amazing. And in addition to that, in the middle of the rains, they did me a favor and went outside their normal work area to fix a leak at my friends house. I highly recommend this company. We were referred to them from our neighbor who used them for their roof replacement. We had a leak above our office before the rain got bad this season. I called two companies and Kinau from Christensen Roofing came out right away with his crew and repaired it. We never heard back from the other companies. When the hard rain came we discovered a different leak in our Master bathroom. It was determined that we needed to replace our roof. The paper underneath was bad and there was some wood rot that caused holes underneath the paper.

It took some time for us to get the solar company to remove the solar so we could replace the roof. We stayed in communication with Kinau the entire time and he said his crew would be ready when we gave him a date.

The day the solar company showed up to remove the solar, Kinau had his crew there first thing in the morning starting on the front part of the roof while they were removing the solar from the back. They were at my house first thing each morning and worked very hard. They were very organized and cleaned up everything. The roof looks great. They used double paper underneath and replaced all the bad wood and cracked tiles.
They are very honest and straightforward about anything that needs to be done. They made sure we were 100% satisfied with their work and we are.

A friend recommended Christensen Roofing. Kinau came out the same day I called regarding a leak after all this rain. His crew came out a few days later and fixed everything. They were on time, respectful of my property and cleaned up everything. Kinau was awesome too. He sent detailed pictures of what they found and fixed. He was honest and fair with the pricing. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Sid Christensen and his crew did a great job fixing my roof and taking care of my roof leak. They also found another spot that was the next part that would've leaked. They took pictures of the roof with the tiles off and after the underlay was replaced. They are very reasonably priced and trustworthy. I don't think they would try to sell you a service that wasn't needed. I will definitely use them when I decide to reroof my whole house - or fix another leak.

We are upgrading to solar. I had two solar quotes that had roof replacement at 30% higher than Christensen quoted. I then had three roofers come out. One was the same price as the solar and the other was almost the same as Christensen. The easy with the contract low pressure made me comfortable to choose them. I delayed 90 days on them and finally pulled the trigger. The price was the same and they were able to get me scheduled around my other projects. The day they removed the old roof, it started to drizzle in San Diego of all places. The crew worked until 6 pm to make sure there was no rain damage. The roof was finished in 3 days. The final product looks great.
