Richard M.I had several different roofing companies come to my home to inspect for hail damage. I've heard all the horror stories about roofing companies in Texas. After David Sr came out and explained the process, I contacted my insurance company. Due to extensive damage in other areas of the state, it took 3 weeks or more for an inspector to come out. David Rigby Sr was here to assist the inspector with photos he took earlier. The inspector gave us the nod for a full new roof. Also, all gutters and window screens. To my surprise the adjuster also included 3 pergolas that need repainting. I have no doubt that because David Sr was on top of things a complete replacement was approved.
New roof took 2 days to complete. They made certain the house was protected from the rain which it did. Ran magnets over the property to remove anything that could was magnetic. I would completely recommend The Rigby family has done evl
