Dan aimed to share renovation expertise to his future son, so Dan chose to leave his teaching position and started exploring the building industry.

Soon thereafter, Dan developed enough knowledge, capabilities to build a two-level residence with cathedral ceilings, starting with a bare lot. He was actively engaged in every part of the building work.

The CSLB has awarded Dan with the broad B-13 license and the niche C-39, allowing him to contract all aspects of residential and commercial improvements.
