I would never recommend this roofing company! The owner Chip and his wife Mary are so rude and unprofessional! Mary is beyond rude and I feel sorry for anyone that has to deal with her including her employees! The work they did was spotty and doesn't match when they actually did do the work! 3 guys came out..2 sat and talked while 1 worked! Work promised still isn't complete and it's been over a month and haven't heard back from anyone! Nails were left all over the property and driveway which cost us a brand new tire that the owner agreed to repair, but never came through! I have photos of the horrible work, the nails on the driveway and the tire! Horrible business I will never recommend!!!

Chip Cooper's Roofing has been amazing to work with. Chip is courteous, considerate, professional, and accommodating. He gave us all the different quotes we asked for and after asking around about the price he gave us we realized we were getting a really good deal. He was also really honest with us about the pros and cons of choosing the different options available.

The work commenced a week later and the crew has been just as pleasant to have around my house for three days as I could hope for. They do everything they can to prevent inconvenience for us without hindering their work. They clean up at the end of EVERY DAY, to a standard I would be comfortable hosting guests in! They wave huge magnets over every inch of the property to ensure that any nails or staples are picked up which is especially appreciated having small children at home that like to run around the yard barefoot. Everything goes back where they found it. They are unobtrusive and a pleasure to have around.

Only complaint is fairly minor. I wasn't told, until they were taking it down, that they would be unable to remount my satellite dish and that I had to call my cable provider to come do it. My cable provider couldn't come out for 10 days (whole other complaint there) so I begged the guys to at least try and get it back up. They agreed with no promises that it would work properly. I said that was fine if it didn't end up working and I wouldn't hold them accountable. Luckily it worked but I would recommend that anyone using these guys ask about the satellite situation when you get your start date so you can get your TV provider to your house in a reasonable timeframe.
