Really as good as it gets. Chillemi was the only company of a dozen I called who responded to my request for an estimate on a repair. Eugene Jr climbed up, looked around, took photos, came down and explained the costs involved in repair. He pointed out areas of serious hail damage and suggested I check with insurance. I requested estimates for both repair and full-roof replacement. Received estimates within a short time and approval from insurance for claim shortly after. Chillemi was not the least expensive, up-front, of the several estimates I got (a new roof? yeah, we'll have someone there tonight!) ... but the most comprehensive, and I believe, the best value overall.

They took care of all sun tunnel issues -- purchased, installed, finished, and secured. Added a roof vent and put a lot of effort into finding someone to add the vent from inside to the roof (not part of roofing, folks!). I was able to talk to supervisors and workers throughout the project and Eugene Sr. was always available for communication. I wanted the dripline replaced with aluminum and the work was so carefully completed, the original (seamless) gutters were loosened and reattached (and the screens replaced!), without any additional expense (I was expecting to have to scrap and replace the gutters.) Additionally (I almost forgot), between removing the old roof and replacing, torrential rains came through and left a stain on the ceiling. The Eugenes took care of scheduling and paying for repair, which left me with the most beautiful completely repainted ceiling in my house (who knew it could look like that?? not me!).

If I had a nit (and I'm not sure this is legitimate), it is with the cleanup. I'm still finding tiny bits of old roof, trim, and plastic wrap in my garden, but the estimate did not include ""meticulous removal of every bit of paper in sight"" and they left far less waste than any other contractor/service I've worked with.

If only every contractor/business in Brevard was as good as Chilemmi, my life as a homeowner would be so much less stressful. Thank you, Eugene Jr and Sr and lovely Ella.

Eugene was fast and professional! Our roof was damaged in recent hurricane Irma and we though we would be waiting weeks for repairs! Eugene was on time and got the job done quickly and at a fair price. We were incredibly pleased with the work he did and you cannot tell there was ever even any damage- the level of expertise one could only hope for! 10/10 would recommend for any of your roofing needs.
