My construction career started when I was around 13 years old. My dad said that to earn any money, I had to work. Often, I am on the job site handling the tasks personally, but I sometimes have helpers.

For every job, I sign a contract and set a timeline. If we do not meet that deadline, I compensate the homeowner $100 for each day we exceed the due date.
