On time always, kept me informed on what was happening and going to happen. So happy I chose Chico Roofing and would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about a new roof and solar. Chico Roofing management reached out to me about my experience. This appears to have been an honest mistake; communication fell through the cracks which can happen with any busy business. They've addressed the original cause and kindly communicated their apologies. As such, I'm updating to a neutral 3-stars. To be clear, I haven't used their roofing services because I replaced my roof last year through another, more responsive, company. But if they make good on their renewed service efforts, then their happy customer reviews will wash out my one-off bad experience.

Took a day off of work to be home for a scheduled appointment. Three hours after my appointment I called to follow up only to get attitude from the office. I was told to be patient and they would let me know when they spoke to their employee. By the end of the day nobody had shown up and absolutely no follow up from the office. Obviously they don't need any business.

These people are unbelievable! Called with a leaky roof and set an appointment (best they could do was 5 days in the future). Luckily the rain stopped and there was time. This morning, with rain pouring down, and water leaking into my house, I waited for the roofer to come to the appointment. Waited all morning--mopping up water as the time passed. No show. I called to find out what was happening. I was told they had ""realized it was a tile roof and we don't currently service tile roofs"". They never asked what kind of roof I had. They never called me to cancel the appointment. When I complained, the person on the phone said the contractors are responsible for all contact after the appointment is made, and they don't know anything about problems. But she knew that they had ""realized it was a tile roof"" so that is a lie. I could have had another roofer out here in time to avoid the additional damage if they had just contacted me--or asked an intelligent question to begin with.

NEVER, EVER HIRE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL LEAVE YOU HIGH AND WET--AND NOT EVEN CARE.

I used the company not only for roof but solar as well! I am so impressed with the work they have done! Very helpful and great price for the amazing service's! I would recommend both Chico Roofing and Solar's amazing work to everyone! I could tell how amazing they are from me new roof-top!! Check them out, you won't be dissatisfied!

Great people to work with, they re-roofed our house some years ago and have done a great job putting up our solar system. If you put a solar system on your house it's helpful to have a company with knowledge of roofing too.
