Established in 2019, we bring over two decades of experience to our clients. Prior to starting our own company, we developed our craft in the industry.

Jose, known as Cheveto began his journey as a carpenter in 1999, where he was employed by five different builders from 1999 to 2018, establishing himself as a trusted carpenter in Salinas and the surrounding Monterey County.

In 2018, Jose realized it was time to start his own company in Salinas, providing the same level of service he had delivered for all those years.

At Cheveto Construction, that it’s possible to create a lifestyle that residents will love through expert building and reasonable costs.

Jose Alberto, also known as Cheveto entered the carpentry field in 1999 after completing an apprenticeship at the Carpenters Training Program.

From 1999 to 2018, he was employed by five construction firms as a trusted carpenter in Salinas and the greater Monterey County.

After years of experience working for others, Jose recognized his potential to establish his own business and offer the same level of services that earned him a reputation as a reliable carpenter.

Thus, Cheveto Construction was born. Our company was established with the mission to offer high-quality home improvement services that are budget-friendly. Jose is passionate about developing residential environments for homeowners throughout Salinas and Monterey County.
