Do not use this roofing company. Save your self the headache and trauma of dealing with them. My initial cheque to start roofing repairs was given to them in April. My roof is now in the process of being fixed in July. Since they started the project, multiple roof leaks has been noted. This was communicated to the company. I am still waiting.

During my initial assessment with Ms Musser, my flat roof was supposed to be slanted to prevent water pull. It was when the job was about to be started that it was communicated that this will be 10 grand more. Then I was charged 1500 more for a cheaper fix. I am still having water pull issues.

The job done was not up to par. Multiple boards placed do not match old existing boards. Gaps noted. Boards secured to rotten slate.

The workers throw bottles of water everywhere when the garbage was few steps away. The garbage from the stuffs and nails are still in my backyard. I personally have to pack and clean it up due to fear of my children stepping on the nails thrown everywhere.

Working with this company has been a nightmare and I can't wait to be done with this project. So, if you are reading this and trying to decide, please make a better decision. Choose another company.

I will never use this company again. So many promises made and not kept. My 34K roof is leaking. A month later and no-one bothered to show up to fix it.
I purchased a weather vane that was never installed or returned. I was told the roof would look great once the spouting was installed. Those that came to install it couldn't do it because the roof was not properly done.

Cherry roof does not honor their warranty. I have the invoice showing the two spots that they worked on our roof. One of the spots is leaking. It's been less than a year and they're trying to gaslight me and say that they never fix that spot even though their own pictures illustrate that they've worked on that spot and I have the invoice. Beware stay away from this company.

We had a hole in our roof and other people said we needed a whole new roof. Service was impeccable and prompt. First time we had a week without s leak. Highly recommended

Cherry Roofing re-roofed our shingle roof and 4 flat roofs. They were competitively priced, prompt, on time, followed thru as needed, helpful especially in shingle color/type selection and advising additional ways to save cooling costs by installing a solar vent fan. Arrived as stated with ample workers who worked fast, removed debris and trucks as needed. John has a vast network system and helpful in many other areas of home improvement. I highly recommend Cherry Roofing.

So this will be the fourth roof Cherry has done for me now. I have never had anything but excellent results. Bobby is a hands on pro. Cherry has done commercial flat decks, dimensional shingle and standing seam metal jobs for me. These roofs have rode out some very though hurricanes over the years and not one leak or issue. One thing I can not report on is how there warranty is, only because I've never had a reason for them to return for any problems. I highly recommend Cherry for any size job.

I don't usually take the time to write reviews but the experience I had with Cherry Roofing was way above my expectations. John Cherry treats you like your part of the family. The quality of the work and the friendliness of his crew is not something you find in roofing companies these days. He was there every step of the way and provided me with a roll of plastic to cover my belongings and when the job was done I was quite surprised that a member of the crew came into my house and helped clean up some of the debris that fell from the ceiling in the process. He said it was part of the service. The outside was cleaned up perfectly as well. I only wish I could give 10 stars instead of 5. If you are in need of a new roof or any type of roof repair do yourself a favor and call Cherry Roofing.

Solicited quotes from about three or four companies. Made appointment for someone to come out on May 15, 2020. Individual was unable to complete the estimate process due to the amount of water on the roof. Spent the next THREE WEEKS trying to get him to come back out and complete the process of obtaining an estimate. I wouldn't have waited so long except it appeared this individual actually knew what he was doing. Today, June 3, 2020, I'm told that the individual will not be returning to complete the estimate process due to their inability to get in touch with me. I'm sorry...I work too. I communicated back and forth via email but evidently the worker and office cannot communicate. Now I have to start the process all over again to get a couple of estimates. Welcome to South Florida.....not the first time I've encountered this kind of situation. Problem is that now my ceiling is in danger of collapsing down because I've waited so long to try and get someone back out. You can't make this up if you tried.
