Cherry Roofing re-roofed our shingle roof and 4 flat roofs. They were competitively priced, prompt, on time, followed thru as needed, helpful especially in shingle color/type selection and advising additional ways to save cooling costs by installing a solar vent fan. Arrived as stated with ample workers who worked fast, removed debris and trucks as needed. John has a vast network system and helpful in many other areas of home improvement. I highly recommend Cherry Roofing.

So this will be the fourth roof Cherry has done for me now. I have never had anything but excellent results. Bobby is a hands on pro. Cherry has done commercial flat decks, dimensional shingle and standing seam metal jobs for me. These roofs have rode out some very though hurricanes over the years and not one leak or issue. One thing I can not report on is how there warranty is, only because I've never had a reason for them to return for any problems. I highly recommend Cherry for any size job.

I don't usually take the time to write reviews but the experience I had with Cherry Roofing was way above my expectations. John Cherry treats you like your part of the family. The quality of the work and the friendliness of his crew is not something you find in roofing companies these days. He was there every step of the way and provided me with a roll of plastic to cover my belongings and when the job was done I was quite surprised that a member of the crew came into my house and helped clean up some of the debris that fell from the ceiling in the process. He said it was part of the service. The outside was cleaned up perfectly as well. I only wish I could give 10 stars instead of 5. If you are in need of a new roof or any type of roof repair do yourself a favor and call Cherry Roofing.

Solicited quotes from about three or four companies. Made appointment for someone to come out on May 15, 2020. Individual was unable to complete the estimate process due to the amount of water on the roof. Spent the next THREE WEEKS trying to get him to come back out and complete the process of obtaining an estimate. I wouldn't have waited so long except it appeared this individual actually knew what he was doing. Today, June 3, 2020, I'm told that the individual will not be returning to complete the estimate process due to their inability to get in touch with me. I'm sorry...I work too. I communicated back and forth via email but evidently the worker and office cannot communicate. Now I have to start the process all over again to get a couple of estimates. Welcome to South Florida.....not the first time I've encountered this kind of situation. Problem is that now my ceiling is in danger of collapsing down because I've waited so long to try and get someone back out. You can't make this up if you tried.

If I could give this company negative star reviews I would.
As a property manager we had had multiple bids on multiple projects for roof repairs.
Cherry roofing came in as the lowest and we chose to use this company for several roof repairs.
Now we understand why their prices were so low.
Product that they used are of the poorest of quality. Sloppy workmanship & uncompleted repairs.
We've had to redo all of Cherry roofing's repairs and spend additional money to go with another company who's quality far succeeded this nightmare that we had to deal with.
Save your money find another roofer.

Just stay far, far away from this company. Called them to fix the leak in the skylight. $4,500 later the Skylight was leaking three times as much and continue to ruin the whole side of my roof. Wound up having to put an entire new roof on. No effort was made by the company 2i the reimburse me or to fix the problem. Again I say stay far away.
