This is an extremely pushy company and I would highly recommend not doing business with them. They drove around our neighborhood and left large plastic signs in people's yards after a recent storm advertising their business - the kind of signs that look like you are using their services when in fact I was not using their services and neither were any of my neighbors. When I called to complain I was told very rudely by the person that I assume is the owner that since the sign was between the sidewalk and the street it was on city property and they had a right to advertise there if they wanted. He had an extremely haughty and arrogant attitude and hung up on me when I asked him if he expected me to dispose of the sign in my small trash can or if they were going to come back and pick it up. He spoke to me so condescendingly that even if I was looking for a roofing company I would steer clear of this shady operation. And whoever brought the sign over and left the letter on my door stating that it looked like I received hail damage clearly has no idea what a new roof looks like since I just had mine replaced three weeks ago.
