This review includes CHDO by Sunrise City dba Greenbelt Concepts. They were hired to paint our house using Sherwin Williams Paint. First off the paint job is horrible, paint splatters on lanai floor, overspray on brand new windows, enormous amount of overspray on soffits. Behr paint was used, but we were told it was Sherwin Williams paint, the paint cans were left on the lanai and in the garage. When brought to their attention, we were told is would be corrected and taken care of. Well that never happened. Our hoses were damaged and needed to be replaced along with the outside nozzle. In my opinion their business practice is sketchy and very questionable. They are not reliable, nor are they professional. Definitely do not recommend them for ANY type of work.

I had CHDO by Sunrise City cut down a tree within four hours of me calling them for less than the other quotes. It was a tricky cut also because it was touching my powerline. I highly recommend them.

Very professional and hard working bunch of guys. I had a big job with tree removal from Ian and they tackled it promptly. Their quotation was most reasonable and no hidden fees.
I strongly suggest using them.

We had a lot of tree damage from Ian and Shane gave me an estimate. It was much more complex than Shane had anticipated but he stuck to his word and completed the clean up for the price he had originally given. They did a great job and were great to work with!

We had an emergency due to roof leaking from storms and age of our roofing. Thankfully we found CHDO!!! We called in to find some of the most Professional, kind and understanding folks one would ever want to speak with. They understood our urgent need for help and came right out. After inspection they explained in great detail what we needed to have done now and in the near future. After talking with then and understanding what was needed as well as the cost. We moved forward with complete roof replacement. We received an excellent and fair cost analysis of short term and long term repairs from them. They were wonderfully cost effective, honest and speedy with the job. They cleaned up afterwards, with zero damages to our prize roses and other flowers and grounds. We are so thankful and proud of everything they did for us. From the first call to completion we were advised of everything . We HIGHLY recommend CHDO for any roofing needs. Honesty, Integrity, and Quality.
