Francisco Chavez and his team did an excellent job replacing our roof.
All aspects, from providing a bid through job completion including final city inspection were performed in a very timely and professional manner.

Their bid price very accurately reflected final cost upon completion, with absolutely no ""surprise"" extra costs or fees added on.
That in and of itself is very surprising these days, as we were not forced to exceed what we budgeted for the roof replacement. We appreciate that.

Chavez Roofing is a family owned business. While walking in my neighborhood I saw his crew replacing a roof on a house. I momentarily stopped to watch as I had been shopping around for a new roof myself. I could see they were experienced and worked very efficiently. I asked to have an estimate and they responded quickly. Their prices are fair and Francisco the owner explained everything in detail to me. He showed me the different roofing and gutter materials. My skylights were old and since they would have to be removed, he said I should replace them now too. After pulling the permit, work began quickly and his crew of many workers arrived on my job site at 8am every day for a week. At the end of each day they cleaned up after themselves, removed all debris and left everything neat. The job went very smooth and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend Chavez Roofing.
