I found Andy through my wonderful plumber, Luis at Century Rooter, who told me this is an up and coming family business. Supporting small family businesses is important to me.

Messaged them through Instagram and got a reply within minutes. We talked on the phone just a little while later, and the next day Andy came by to give me a quote. Super friendly, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and kindly helpful because this was my first time getting a new roof, Andy did the measurements and emailed me the same night. The price was more than fair, and he beat the other quotes I had significantly. He was able to get the permits and get started within four days of our first meeting, and by some twist of fate, they were able to start the next day.

The team is fast and efficient, communicative, and super nice. There was a threat of rain halfway thru the project, so the crew came out with tarps and spent a couple of hours making sure the whole house was covered. It did rain a little, and everything held up perfectly. The finished roof is beautiful and exactly what we wanted. I appreciate their thoroughness in replacing fascia boards, suggestion of rain gutters, as well as spectacular clean up. Not a thing was left behind. Andy sent me pictures of the progress that were taken with a drone, which really helped put the scope of the job in perspective for this roof newbie.

I rarely give a review for services. After meeting Andy and proving to me that his word is his bond.
I had four quotes for my roof being striped and new tiles being installed. Out of the four quotes Andy representing Chavez Legacy roofing proved his worth. I had Andy come back to revisit my roof to ensure I was getting the right company for the job. At the end of the visit we shook hands and agreed to the cost. Andy promised to me that he would send the contract the following day, he did so.
In our business conversation I was very particular on on certain areas on the roof that needed attention. Andy and his crew were very thorough on repairs that I was concerned about. As well in our conversation on making the deal on the cost of the project Andy verbally described items that would be replaced and some items that would be added. In all my other quotes no other business gave me a thorough explanation of what would be included in the detailed work.

Was working outside at my home over the weekend and noticed an area of my roof that had been previously patched years ago had failed and a small section of bare wood sheathing was exposed. Given we're expecting a LOT of rain for several days, I didn't want to ignore it. I contacted Chavez Legacy Roofing and Andy really came to the rescue for me! After sending him a photo, he provided a very reasonable estimate and went out of his way to complete the work before the rain came!
