Andy was very responsive, which is why I chose to go with his services. I needed a new layer of shingles done before September and he got it done. Also, tropical storm Hilary was going to hit on a Sunday and he got his team there to get the job done the day before. I had a new roof when the storm hit and it survived perfectly. His prices are fair and competitive. It was a pleasure to hire Andy and trust him to get the job done.

I got several quotes and Chavez Roofing offered me a fair price and options for my roof repair. It is a small family business and I prefer to support local businesses. I will be using them for my repair. I will update once the work is finished.

Ok so where do I start ... I was in need of a new roof ... I knew it was not going be cheap and I did not want cheap work . I went on yelp and send a request out for bid... had 7 or so companies want to quote the job . Got bids from two of them and the rest never even gave me a call or a quote . The other company did not make me feel Comfortable about them doing the job, and when I asked the other company a few questions on their contract .. that was the end of them ..
But Andy on the other hand got my request in the beginning answered all my questions , even some late ones because I work late , he never got mad , never acted like I was asking too many questions , because I have lots of them . Andy with Chavez legacy Roofing was on point with clear answers, their guarantee was reasonable, brought me many samples to make sure we got the color we wanted . The way they made you feel made you feel comfortable about doing work with Andy and Chavez roofing .There price was better then the competition and I know I got better work.
The guys showed up Monday and the goal was to be done by Friday.. they got delayed by the permits pulled on my behalf . I did not have to deal with the city , Andy handled all that for me , and he kept me in the loop the entire time. The roof ended up being done by end of the day the following Monday , yard was clean , no mess around my house . The roof looks great and he stayed on budget!!
Andy was awesome, and I would give them 10 stars if I could !!!

Called for pricing on a roof inspection report for our insurance, said it would approximately 350 for the service. Was told to text the assistant for a good time to come out and get this done the next day. I texted the times I would be available and no response. Day of, i texted again for a confirmation and no response. I didn't even bother to make a call back for poor customer service.

My home inspector recommended I get the roof inspected, so I called Andy, he came within few hours. He gave me a reasonable estimate. Great customer service. Hopefully once we close escrow we get to move forward with a new roof!

The best part was when I had an issue with an inspector about the repair. Andy ensured all was good, honoring his contract, and getting me to close of escrow on time. A true professional!
