Chavez Legacy Roofing is a great company. I highly recommend them if you have any roofing issues. They are very organized and communicate well. Arrived on time and performed great quality work in making the repairs to my roof. Dealing with the team of Andy and Ruby was very pleasant - they are prompt, professional, and follow through on doing what they say they will do. This guy wanted to charge me $2500 for a small leak that was around the chimney on top of the roof. And supposedly a missing part around the chimney. Didn't show me any pictures of the problem just gave me a quick quote. I had another company come by got on the roof took pictures of the problem (which was a Small leak around the chimney NO PARTS were missing) put some sealer around the chimney and didn't charged me a penny for it. This guy is rip off just wants money in his pocket.

Hired Andy to build my new roof almost 2 months ago. As of today I only have a pile of tiles that have been delivered and no one installing them. He does not respond to phone calls or text messages and now sends all my calls to voicemail. Was supposed to come last weekend to install and did not show up, then was supposed to come during the week and again no call, no show. If he doesn't come this week then I will have to get someone else to finish the work he started and was contracted to do, then I will have to file a claim for damages through Yelp with their service guarantee as well as a complaint and damages through the CA CSLB licensing board. Hopefully I hear back from him soon!

Just an update on my last review. since then, Andy has come out to repair the broken tiles as quoted on our initial agreement. I do have to say Andy's quote was by far the most reasonable and affordable for the amount of work that had to be done. Now that the work is finally fixed, I no longer have to worry about any possible leaks seeping through or tiles falling and cracking. we're officially ready for the rainy and windy season. Thank you Andy.

Called Chavez Roofing for a quote and Andy quickly responded and came by to inspect the roof damage that same day. Received a very fair quote to repair the leak, replace broken tiles, and seal all pipe. Andy made an effort to squeeze my appointment into his schedule. Both minor but he was quick and thorough. Used his drone to show me the roof. He looked for other problems and gave me pictures of the roof. He knows what he is doing and willing to go an extra

Andy was very responsive, which is why I chose to go with his services. I needed a new layer of shingles done before September and he got it done. Also, tropical storm Hilary was going to hit on a Sunday and he got his team there to get the job done the day before. I had a new roof when the storm hit and it survived perfectly. His prices are fair and competitive. It was a pleasure to hire Andy and trust him to get the job done.

I got several quotes and Chavez Roofing offered me a fair price and options for my roof repair. It is a small family business and I prefer to support local businesses. I will be using them for my repair. I will update once the work is finished.
