We used Chastain roofing this fall. To start off with, Brad came across very helpful. Said he would help with the deductible when he first came to inspect. When we asked for an estimate, he refused and said they don't do that. He wanted to see what our insurance was doing to make sure they covered everything. First mistake. Then when we decided to use them and started moving forward, he said they were not going to cover the deductible and that we were getting an upgraded shingle. Lie. It was the same shingles he showed us when we first talked to him. The roof installation was quick and they cleaned up well. Only issue was they crushed the mailbox, Brad put a new one on, and said it was installed horribly by whoever first did it. That was not true either. It has been in perfect condition for the 8 years we have been here. Also wiped out the flag and pole. Lastly, they wanted us to use their painter. The quote was very high, so I wanted a second estimate. Brad said we needed a licensed and insured painter or else the whole deal will fall apart, and that people get illegal painters and those on drugs. When Chastain finally gave us an invoice it included the paint. I asked multiple times to take the paint off via email and text. They refused. We had to get our insurance company involved! The second paint quote was 1/3 of what chastain and their painter gave us! And lastly, the invoice they gave was $2000 more then what other roofers quoted. Completely ripped off and taken by this company. I do not know how they sleep at night.

I reached out to this company for an estimate on line on a Sunday evening. I'd seen their purple trucks near my home so I knew they worked in my area. A lady named Joyce called Monday morning to schedule an estimate. I'd reached out to others but I was impressed at how quickly they responded. Bernard came out on Wednesday. He was very knowledgeable, and he even noticed damage to our metal flashing around the chimney that we were unaware of. He gave us options and different estimates based on those options. We were impressed and didn't think we'd need more estimates from anyone else. The estimate came in below our insurance company's estimate and we were getting much more than tiles. It included several new box vents, architectural tiles, several deck boards replaced, ridge vents, chimney custom flashing, etc.. They started the job on Friday and it was completed on Saturday afternoon. I now have a gorgeous roof! They were fast and took care of my landscape, cleaned, and made sure there were no debris or nails around. The insurance company called a week later on a Saturday needing some details on the bill. I called Chastain Roofing expecting to leave a message but Tina answered and sent over the information to my insurance right away. Thus finalizing everything on my behalf. No muss no fuss. I can't believe how easy they made everything! Highly Recommended!!

The best roof we have ever had. Brad showed up on time and explained everything that needed to be done. The crews showed up on time and worked all day and had our roof completed that afternoon. They cleaned up everything and made sure all nails were picked up. They also repaired around our chimney where other roofers failed to do it correctly and caused water damage. We have had our roof for a couple of years now and with all the rain we have gotten lately, we have not had any leaks. They are honest and show up on time and do an excellent job!!

I called Chastain Roofing and they were at my house within a few days to take a look at my roof. Brad was very helpful and pointed out some issues that required attention and that were outside of what he was looking for.

Chastain roofing did work on my roof a few months ago, and no more leaks even with heavy storms! They were great at working with my schedule, and the salesmen was so easy to work with. The work was quickly finished and a great price. I would recommend them to any family member or friend! I wouldn't use any one else.
